Not everyone wants a michelada when coming to Progreso. We needed some caffeine and looked up this place. I’m glad we came! Very clean, nice restrooms, very large with plenty of indoor seating space. Very nice and friendly staff who was patient with us as we perused through the menu before making our selection. The coffee we ordered was top notch! Will definitely be coming here regularly.

The coffee and brownie were enjoyable, the atmosphere was relaxed and quiet, and despite the men’s restroom needing some extra attention, it’s a great spot to grab a coffee and escape the noise, even if the location is a bit unconventional.
