I like the prime ribeye. I like the shaved vegetable salad. Service is very good. Food is 4.5 out of 5 star for me. I like the dark chocolate lava cake but is a little too sweet for me. I like the organic olives oil and wheat bread

The breakfast was amazing!! I’ve been to thousands of hotel’s breakfast before but nothing comes even close to it. It had everything you could want in a buffet, and everything was high quality! The hot chocolate was the best i’ve had. Definitely worth the price! I’ll be dreaming of this breakfast from now on.

Bravo to sommelier. 3 perfect wine selections for our table. Salmon, tenderloin, rib eye and short rib all perfectly prepared. Full flavor realized from the 72 hour prep of the short rib. Desserts rounded out the meal with a new spin on chocolate covered tiramisu and heart warming bread pudding. Post dinner drinks in bar complete w the original Bloody Mary (aka Red Snapper). Bar and lobby hopping w live holiday music and tasteful decorations. Ask about the story of the mural (see photo). Great start to holiday!!

This was an excellent experience despite the pandemic! The food was excellent, which is what you would expect from a hotel of this calibur. The dining room had an excellent atmosphere, with an intimate ambiance that suits the experience well. What really stood out was the level of personal service that you receive. We had a great experience with Andres who was very accommodating as they were closing the kitchen at 11am for breakfast and we arrived at 10:58, he was kind enough to take our order anyway and was so pleasant and kind from the minute we arrived until we left.. wonderful experience. And the food was 10/10!
