The high reviews made us stop here on the way home from a cheer competition. It’s a trailer in a big parking lot. Got the 3 birria taco plate with rice and beans. Also got 6 street tacos. The 3 of us finished those and ordered 4 more birria tacos. Everything was excellent. The red and green sauces were exactly what I was hoping for.

Had the opportunity to try this tacos for the first time. After the disappointment of Cleveland taco stand not accepting cards, only cash, this place does take cards.
As I pulled up, there was quite a line waiting to order, so this looked promising already.
One thing I overheard was that the tacos are 3.00 each. Or 2.00? The sticker says 2.00 dollars. I got charged 2.00 for mine. But the gentlemen behind me may had paid 3.00, I am not sure.
I would strongly recommend the owner to correct this. I am okay paying what the food is worth as long as the owner posts it right. The Karen inside of me wanted to go protest a bit and get a refund. Hehehe
There is a table with chairs and a shade, nice to seat and wait foe your order. They rely on a strong holler to shout the number to get you to come and get tour food. So.. pay attention of roll your window down a bit so you can hear.
I was a bit disappointed with the tacos. I was hoping the tacos would have come with fried onions and a serrano pepper or some pickled carrots. There was nothing. The tacos seasoning was good. The sauces were good too.

I got the steak taco plate, everything was SO fresh and SO good!! I wouldn’t change anything. The person at the window was super friendly too. I’m obsessed and so happy to have them in town, can’t wait to go all the time!

I had an absolutely TRANSCENDENT Al pastor quesadilla with onion and cilantro here the other day. The onion was diced incredibly small, so it was present in every bite but not overpowering. The cilantro was fresh and recently chopped. It too was proportioned PERFECTLY for maximum flavor punch without being overpowering. The puerco was a medium dice which was a great size for the quesadilla. It was incredibly flavorful and well marinated which translates to a juicy but not wet crown jewel in one of the best quesadillas I’ve ever had.
I literally went back a few hours later and bought two more to bring one to my wife.
