First time ever ordering or eating from this place.. ordered their fried catfish meal to go, and when I got home I was kinda disappointed. I mean the fish itself was decent, but the amount of fish was sad. The second piece was so small and pathetic. For $17 I guess I expected more :/

Hostess indifferent, clearly upset at having to bus tables which she did at 100 decibels. Server made no effort to demonstrate appreciation of our business. Bar tender competed with hostess for greatest disruption of dining experience.

Veit’s is currently operating with a limited menu, but everything we had was very good. Service was prompt and friendly. If you like fried mushrooms, the fresh, handbreaded mushrooms are amazing!

Wow! Easter family dinner was outstanding! A man at Missouri Native Plants Nursery recommended Veit’s mentioning the catfish. It was delicious. Great patio with small stream next to it. Our server was fairly new but she took care of us. You should eat here if you are in the Jefferson City area.

Would have been a 5 but the wait for food and just really anything took a while. But other than that you get your bang for your buck food portions were huge. Food tasted wonderful. Everything had delicious seasoning.

Waited over 15 minutes for a beer. So we left !! Told a waitress to cancel our order. Saw another couple leave as well !!
