What a gem! Absolutely blown away by the food. We tried the empanadas, black bean soup, margarita flatbread, Cuban wrap, and risotto, and everything was incredible. So fresh and flavorful. Great service and fresh flowers on the table. Highly highly recommend!

I went today for the first time. I had the Falafel Wrap and Yuca Fríes with cilantro sauce. Everything was delicious, the wrap really good, flavor wise and freshness. The yuca was crispy and tasty. Also, the service was great.

This place is a hidden gem. I found them on UberEats and opted to give them a try after surgery because I needed a soft diet. They didn’t disappoint! I ordered the tomato soup, lentil soup, sea moss/pineapple juice, and flan. Everything was fresh, warm, and cold. Definitely introducing Vegan Tierra into my weekend rotation..

We are staying for a week in Weston, Florida and are so happy we found Vegan Tierra. It was absolutely worth the 20 minute drive. We ordered the Orange Cauliflower and the Chicken Alfredo. Both were delicious and thoughtfully plated. The gentlemen that took our order and served us was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. If we’re in the area again we will definitely be back!

Known for its international vegan cuisine, the menu features a wide variety of options including vegan burgers, pastas, salads, wraps, quesadillas, green juices, soups, smoothies, and more. They also cater to dietary needs with gluten-free and soy-free options, all prepared in an Allergen Safe Zone.
The atmosphere is fun and colorful, and the customer service was warm and welcoming. While the selection is impressive, I did notice that the pricing is on the higher side with appetizers priced similarly to entrees. The juices and smoothies were reasonably priced.

Thai Potstickers – Spinach and Basil pastry, diced vegetables, bean vermicelli, Sesame Seeds. Ponzu sauce.
FoodieChews: Has potential but it needs way more filling. The dipping sauce was good.
ENTREE
Orange Cauliflower – Oriental style fried cauliflower served with jasmine rice, snow peas and carrots
FoodieChews: Loved the crunchy sliced snow peas and carrots. The cauliflower was lightly fried and with a semi sweet sauce. If they added sesame oil and a little soy/salt (sweet savory),would be perfection.
The Cuban Wrap – Black beans, rice, picadillo (impossible beef) avocado, plantains, wheat wrap. Served with yuca fries
FoodieChews: Basically, a deconstructed “Cuban” dinner wrapped up. It was good with familiar flavors. Yuca fries are always a nice treat.
Grade: B/B-

This was my first time visiting this place and I was truly impressed. Everything about this place was excellent. My partner and I both enjoyed our meals which were the Cuban wrap with the yucca fries and cilantro sauce and the orange cauliflower entree. Amazing! Ivan who helped us was so warm and welcoming and made sure we thoroughly enjoyed our entire experience. We also had the sea moss drinks which I’m glad were natural and not too sweet and also delicious. As soon as I got in the car I made the comment that I’ll be back for that sandwich and my partner laughed. I’m so glad he suggested this place because we are rarely in that area and he is vegan so I’m happy that I can add another place to our list of places to enjoy.
