I usually grab their food every weekend at the Laguna Farmers Market and it’s honestly always my favorite stop. It’s become a little ritual because it’s such an easy way to have healthy, ready-to-go meals during the week.
And Mo, the owner, is the coolest guy. He’s always so warm and welcoming, which makes stopping by even better. Great food, great energy, and something I look forward to every weekend.
I can never make it to any of the farmers market. So pick up here.
I had the pleasure to meet Moe, whom packed all the delicious food today.
I got pototoe salad, bulgar & tomato pilaf, and veggie stew. Zatar bread which came with a cucumber salad. A spicy falafel wrap which came with garlic hummus. I finally got to try their delicious lentil soup & pumpkin bread.
I’ve picked up food from here several times.
I work from home. So convenient for all my lunches for the week. All their food are healthy & delicious .
So if you’re in the area I highly recommend this place. Im not vegan but love to eat veggies.
We ordered baba ghanoush, a falafel plate, tomato pilaf, giant beans and hummus. When I arrived for pick up, the owner gave me so many extra samples, it was amazing. He was very generous and kind. The food was delicious, fresh and healthy! We will definitely check out their stalls at the San Diego farmers markets in the future! Highly recommend their food if you love mediterranean food!
I know I will be their regular customer forever after my first try. They said they are also at the farmer’s market at Mariner’s church, so I will be shopping at both places! Whoever owns this place has it right. Thank you so much for providing great food!!
Now, let’s talk about the food, because this is where the place truly shines. Everything was unbelievably tasty. I ordered the vegan stew and my husband got the wrap, and we both loved our meals. The hummus was excellent as well. Flavor wise, I had absolutely no complaints. Oh and I must mention the price point as well. Everything on the menu is about $8 to $10. So it’s very reasonably priced and you get a a decent amount of food for that price point
I do recommend giving this place a try, with the understanding that it works best as a takeout option. Sitting outside in a parking lot is not really ideal. That said, the food would be fantastic for a party or group gathering. In fact, I already know that if I am hosting something in the future, I will be ordering that vegan stew for a crowd.
“Excellent service” doesn’t even begin to describe our experience at Vegan Stop. The service and food here are truly exceptional! Rima is incredibly kind and patient, making our visit all the more special. I could go on raving about it, but I’ll stop here—because you should stop reading and go try it right now!
We tried the Bulgur and Tomato Pilaf, Lentil Soup, Cucumber Salad, Hummus Pita, and Roasted Cauliflower—every single dish was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Also, this was my first time trying bulgur, so if you’re in a similar spot like me, go ahead and try it.
