I had an incredible experience at Vegan Monarch! The food was absolutely delicious – you’d never guess it was all vegan!
Tried the cinnamon rolls, French toast casserole, and chocolate cake, and every single item was amazing. The cinnamon rolls were perfectly soft and gooey, the French toast casserole was comfort food at its best, and the chocolate cake was rich and decadent.
The empanadas were flaky and perfectly seasoned!
The owner is the friendliest and sweetest person you will ever meet!
Everything had amazing flavor – honestly, you don’t miss anything by it being vegan. Whether you’re plant-based or not, this place is worth visiting. Highly recommend!

We drove pretty far to try this place out. I’ve been vegan for over 20 years. The coffee we had was delish – however the food was very disappointing. I ordered the Chicken Burger and kept expecting to bite into something meaty – the entire thing was over cooked crisps piled on the bun. Just deep fried crunchies with nothing in the middle. It took over 30 minutes to get our drinks that came out with the food despite us being the only ones in the restaurant. The pizza roll was also disappointing. Topped with a good sauce but nothing but bread in the center. There was nothing satiating about the food. I’m just…sad. I saw other pictures and maybe my chicken burger was just a one off? Was really excited to try this place but unfortunately will not be back. The nachos were good but not enough to save the experience.

Listen… we came here FOUR years ago while traveling, and this spot instantly became the standard. The food, the atmosphere, the service — all of it was the best we’d had anywhere. And we’re not new to this vegan life… we’re vegan connoisseurs out here! We literally sat there talking about how you cannot find truly homemade, from-scratch vegan food anywhere unless you make it yourself.
Fast forward four years… and guess what?
They still top the list.
Food? Flawless.
Atmosphere? Still vibing.
Service? Immaculate.

Vegan Monarch Bakery truly is a game changer in terms of quality and consistency that can come from a kitchen. The staff goes above and beyond to comply with the high demand for delicious affordable meals that are made with love and by hand led by a woman of color that is always inviting and attentive to her guests allergen and physical needs. She and her team can accommodate the needs of any person for a specialty cake and a specialty meal by request. Mika and her team go to the furthest extent to ensure their food is made of quality ingredients and that ABSOLUTELY NO cross contamination happens within the walls of the business. I feel good every time I eat here whether it be from the quality of the food to the atmosphere. I would recommend anyone to come here and try Vegan Monarchs Award winning food drinks and dessert. 10/10 MUST try again

A nice, cozy and comforting place with delicious delights. The Owner’s welcoming, willingness and desire to cater to a person’s allergies set this place a part from the rest. Everything is homemade and made to order which is rare. I definately recommend and will be going back to try other items on the menu. If you are vegan with or without food allegies make a stop at this place, I’m sure you will like it.
