I absolutely love the vegan sushi here! The owner does not compromise the integrity of his food under any circumstances. He does typically get really busy and sadly he is on his own working. Please be patient with him. The quality and care put into your order should make up for the wait time.the Long Beach Roll is my go to! Always so fresh.

Amazing vegan sushi and miso..order any sushi, you won’t disappoint it.
It takes too long to get our order. We understood that he is alone and managing everything from cleaning table to ordering food. If you are extremely hungry and need quick food, don’t go. If you are willing to wait 1 hour then the food is worth to wait 1 hour.

Vegan Castle is the place you want to go if you want the best vegan sushi. I’ve even taken non-vegans and they loved it. By far, the presentation of the food is artwork. The flavor is on another level. The portion size is very nice. No skinny sad sushi here. I’ve had good sushi, but this is my favorite place to eat vegan sushi. I’ve never been disappointed here. Highly recommended!
