I needed a quick lunch while running an errand in Huntington Beach. A friend recommended this place and it was perfect! The space was very quiet on a Tuesday at lunch time – I might have been the lead of the lunch rush. I got a lemongrass banh mi and a Vietnamese iced coffee with coconut milk. Exactly what I needed to get me through the day.

Self service Vietnamese vegan place that specializes more in banh mi (hence the name). We like the banh mi (recommend the garlic tofu) on our first try and want to try the noodle options. I’d stick to banh mi next time. Service is sparse but sufficient, environmental friendly. Will come back for banh mi for my meatless Mondays

The customer service given here is so kind and loving, truly genuine people who care and are passionate about their art in vegan food! The owner has such a beautiful heart!
Everything I have tried has been absolutely amazing! Personally LOVE their fried rice which is so hard to find anywhere else!
They even have authentic Vietnamese snacks and drinks that are vegan for sale as well!
The energy and vibes here are so inviting and elevated it will make you think twice about taking out, as you just want to enjoy the good vibes.

I’ve been to this place many times now and the food is just flat out delicious and the price exceptional. I love the way when you take your first bite the flavor just rushes right in and makes your mind shout yum. I tried a lot of their dishes and each dish is fantastic. I love this place and you don’t come out saying my God why did I eat that I feel horrible now. I feel energized when I come out, not ready for nap like some places make you feel.

If you want to try healthy vegan food that is fresh made to order definitely come here! We decided to try this place since it’s super close to us and I was craving Vietnamese food since I am Vietnamese. My husband got the V chop and I got the lemongrass tofu rice bowl. It was both excellent! It honestly tasted very clean and fresh and flavorful. The lemongrass tofu reminded me of the famous viet lemongrass chicken dish and the v chop tasted like veal the texture and flavor was on point. It felt like a comforting home-cooked meal and I’m excited to try some other dishes there. Will be coming back more often! It’s a mom and pop (family owned restaurant)/ small and cozy definitely worth the try!

It’s a small family owned restaurant. It’s not spacious & not a good idea for a night out or a date.
About the food, I did not expect much about the food but it came out very good & delicious. My bf never has vegetarian food before but he likes Vietnamese banh mi. He exclaimed & rated this banh mi would be his runner up of his favorite banh mi list. About the vegan kabob, OMG, it was tender, juicy & flavorful. We both enjoy the meal. It was really good.

I do wanna preface this review by saying this is a family owned restaurant, they’re very polite but don’t expect traditional customer service. you order, sit and then your food is brought to you, everything else, sauces & utensils are self serve, which I personally didn’t mind at all. Boyfriend got the chow mein and garlic chickn skewers. I ordered the steak skewer combo and pho, pho was good but if I had to choose between the two it’d definitely be the skewers combos, the garlic chickn one was really good too, no picture of the skewers because we scarfed it down in under 5 minutes. Thai tea was also delicious! chow mein was okay, not bad but underwhelming compared to everything else

Absolutely most delicious vegan baby mi I have ever had. These photos are the Philly cheese steak, and the garlic chicken. Number 2 and number 8 on the menu. The Philly was fully of delicious cheesyness and the garlic chicken was soooo flavorful. Highly reccomend! 100%
