there is a no option for Zero star…….I recently visited this restaurant and was extremely disappointed with the food quality. The gulab jamun tasted like it was mixed with sabji, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, I specifically requested no onions in my dish due to an allergy, but it came loaded with them. This shows a lack of attention to detail and disregard for customers’ dietary needs. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.” not going back

I ordered a dahi bhalla through Uber Eats. While the quantity was good, I found white hair in the food while transferring it to my bowl. At first, I thought it was cilantro, but upon checking closely, I noticed more strands of hair. This completely ruined my appetite and experience.
This is not an acceptable standard of hygiene for a restaurant. I hope you take this seriously and improve your food handling practices to ensure clean and safe food for customers.

There was literally two pieces of chicken in my butter “chicken” meal, and the rice portion was 1/3 of a cup. I’ve also ordered veg pakora from here and half of the pakora was just battered spiced french fries???

What a horrible experience.
We ordered the goat curry, March 27th around 5:20 pm which took 45 minutes to prepare and included a small yogurt.
We picked up our order and served it to our guests a few hours later. Unfortunately, the goat curry was excessively salty, no one could take a 2nd bite and left this dish.
we contacted the restaurant to inform them about the over-salted dish. the staff member we spoke with was dismissive and suggested that we should have checked the food earlier. No apology was offered, and we were told to bring the food back. Given that we reside in Surrey and had picked up the order from your Abbotsford location, returning the food was not feasible and not making sense to drive from Surrey to Abbotsford!
Avoid ordering here. Zero customer service!

I’ve bought the butter chicken in the non-veg combo many times and it always used to taste amazing. However, it seems like they may have recently changed their cook. The order I picked up on Saturday, November 22, 2025 around lunchtime was very disappointing. The flavour was extra tangy, and the chicken was overcooked and rubbery. Very dissatisfied with this experience.

Ordered chat papri. Doesn’t meet the requirement’s . Chat papri was too too sweet . Told them to make it with less red sauce But despite of these specifications it was too sweet . Also, the kulcha i have ordered was raw . Very disappointed . Will never go there again.

We’re visiting from the US and I can honestly say it’s one of the best Indian food places we’ve ever been to. The best in BC hands down. Everything we ordered, down to the accompanying chutney was fresh, authentic and flavorful. The Fish Pakora is outstanding! We also got the amazingly moist Chicken Tikka and the Thali, with each item made to perfection. Absolutely amazing food and the owner Sonia is so genuine and dedicated to making customers happy. I cannot recommend this place enough. I wish we had something like this where we live.

Yes you are right it comes in disposable packaging, which is NOT (BPA FREE ), Which is bigger concern for health specially where hot food is served in Plastic which is low grade . I have attached pictures for your reference. so other people can also give you review on this. Don’t you think, You should use Bio degradable packing ? as a Customer It breaks my heart when I see it’s not easy to recycle, just because food mixed with packaging, which is not easy to separate without wash , which not much customer will do. I genuinely want to request you to consider eco friendly option like disposable

Ordered a plate of Pakora it was burnt, looked like old pakoras from previous day were refried. Ordered it for a coworker who loves pakora she’s not indian but loves Pakoras. It left a very bad impression on her
