I just moved to Norwalk this year and I have been looking for an Indian spot!
To start, I love how the restaurant is BYOB, I was able to bring my favorite wine and they supplied the wine glasses (super thoughtful)! My husband and I ordered the lasooni Gobi , samosa chat, chicken tikka masala and chicken Korma! All of the dishes were super flavorful! I can’t forget the Naan! It was so fluffy and warm – we had 2 orders! Highly recommend!

Came due to a coworker’s recommendation and the food did not disappoint! The service by Girish was top tier and was very generous to our needs. He was quick. We drove from Norwalk and this will be our go to place for Indian food going forward! It’s less than 20 minutes drive from Norwalk.

We were traveling through Westport and searched for Indian food near us around 8:30 PM. We were tired and decided to stop at Vedas Indian Cuisine. It was a great decision. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the naan was excellent. There was delicious Buy 1 Get 1 Free butter chicken for that day. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable.

I was traveling from New Hampshire to New York and searched for good Indian restaurants midway — Vedas Indian Cuisine popped up with excellent ratings, so we decided to give it a try. And wow, it truly lived up to the hype! The food was absolutely delicious — authentic, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
I usually never get time to write reviews, but the warm hospitality from Girish and Madhu (owners, I believe) made me feel completely at home. Our simple dinner turned into a party!
The best part — they allowed us to BYOB, so we enjoyed our own drinks while soaking in the lively, welcoming atmosphere. The service was beyond expectations — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.
My friends loved it so much that we’re already planning to book our New Year’s party here! If you’re anywhere near Westport and craving real Indian flavors with heartfelt service, this place is a must-visit!

The hospitality stood out. The owner came by to speak with us, explaining how they prioritize food quality and maintain a clean, organized kitchen. Knowing he’s a physician made his commitment to healthy practices and avoiding plastic use even more meaningful.
Service was quick and friendly, and I’ve also had fast delivery from them in the past, so they’re consistent. Overall, Veda is definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for tasty food with thoughtful service and high standards.

I recently attended a birthday party in Trumbull CT where the food was catered by Veda’s Restaurant Westport, and I was genuinely impressed. Their service was excellent. The food quality was exceptional, offering authentic Indian flavors.

We found out about Vedas Westport location on TikTok and decided to give it a go. The food was delicious and service by Binu was top tier. We will definitely be back to try out other items on the menu. This visit we had the 2 for $22 chicken tikka masala special. The portions were good for the price- as you can see in the pic. You can also B.Y.O.B.
