Had catering for my mother in laws 70th birthday… chicken parm, penne a la vodka, green beans…absolutely delicious!!! Generous portions… extra sauce!!! 10 out of 10, highly recommend… I showed up 2 hours late to pick it up due to the storm and the food was still warm.. polite staff and not to mention ordering was a breeze. Best Italian restaurant in all of CT! The food is extremely delicious! The staff are friendly. The interior decorating is beautiful. There is a bar, and TVs to watch sports. There is outdoor seating. Without any doubt Vazzy’s is an awesome restaurant to go to! Have a great day! ❤️

Great food, but who ever answers the phone needs to find a new job. Definitely needs to be trained on how to answer the phone. That is not how you talk to a customer. Very rude! Please fix your attitude before you go to work! We ordered else where tonight. You lost a customer over 10 years! I would never post a bad review unless I felt hurt.

This was my first time at Vazzy’s and it was great. Portions were fabulous, service was great, and the prices were fare considering the quality and quality of the dishes. Got the Lobster Carbonera one of the more pricey dishes. It would have been easy to put only one claw on top (like most restaurants) but they didn’t skimp on the lobster and the flavors were well developed in a creamy sauce. Fiona was a wonderful sever and my baby niece loved the live band.

The veal dishes were great. The service started slow but ended fine. The main dining room is nice enough but the manager likes very loud music. Someone needs to tell them that Heavy Metal is not good dinner music.

Pasta osteria: the tips were so overcooked and the asparagus was shredded very small and the pasta was bland. It’s not worth the price. My husband ordered a steak and wasn’t happy with the taste.

Had a great meal with my wife here. We had the mista salad and meatballs as appetizers, chicken parmigiana , chicken scarpiello and pasta coco as main dishes. All the food was great. The portions were huge and our server Jackie was terrific. We are very happy that we found a good Italian restaurant close to home. We will definitely be back and next time with friends.
