Rockey and Destiny were absolutely amazing servers! Our burgers and fries were delicious! Cooked perfectly! Our drinks were awesome! Lychee Martini and Blackberry Smash! The experience of these two servers will bring me back when I’m in the Stroudsburg/Pocono area! Thank you for great bar food and outstanding service!

A little rough. Service was slow. Took 15 minutes to get a drink (old fashioned) and it was delivered without garnishes. Was told “sorry, the bar is backed up” (which is irrelevant to making a drink correctly). Rest of the table had stella bottles but vouldnt seem to get another even when my drink was delivered. Its only a bottle, just grab one. Food was good. May burger did not come medium as ordered, likely because the patty was too thin to cook medium, but was tasty nonetheless. Also portion of fries was laughable. At the least they should reduce the size of the aluminum dish they serve it on to make it look like theres more fries. All in all the place needs work. Had about 9 tables going and a half full bar with atleast 6 servers running around but couldn’t seem to keep up with our table. Automatic 20% tip for a table of 6 too, so nothing you can do about slow service if up you have 6+. My server was nice though

I first had lunch at Vault 636 this last Saturday. I absolutely loved my meal and the service. I went back tonight, this time for dinner, and Rockey remembered me from Saturday, sat me at the best table in the restaurant and made the entire dining experience very enjoyable. I stopped in this bar and grill for dinner while away for work. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted and sat at the bar. Christine was the server and she was nice. I ordered the house pinot nior and this night they had $10 burgers so I ordered the Vault burger and that was tasty. All in all a good place to stop in and eat.

We recently hosted our son and daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch at Vault 636, and we could not have been more impressed. The general managers, Edwin and Desiree, went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. The room was beautifully decorated, creating such a warm and elegant atmosphere.
The food was outstanding—there was an abundance of it, and every dish was delicious. We had countless guests comment on how wonderful the food was. Met the Owner Linda and she is a wonderful person. Bartender Rachel knocks it out of the park she is so friendly and welcoming.
Last Thursday 7-24-25 we had dinner my wife Had the Penne ala Vodka and she loved it, next time she will ask for more sauce
My son had the Cali Smashed Burger he stated it was the best burger on main st . I had the cali wrap the chicken was cooked perfect not dry delicious and enough food for next day.
Went back yesterday 7-27-25 afternoon had the cheesesteak egg roll they were very good. Also ordered the pizza the sauce was delicious and the mozzarella was good. But to my surprise it was a thin cracker crust pizza, it was very tasty.
You gotta remember they are still in soft opening. They will do well.

Linda was very quick to respond and was always available if I had any questions. Desiree was very friendly. Edwin was extremely helpful from beginning to end. Day of event, Edwin and the servers helped me unload decorations and brought them upstairs. Edwin helped set up and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted. His meticulous attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
The food was exceptional! Everyone especially loved the skirt steak and salmon.
The vault will, without a doubt, be my go to place for any future events.

I’m so glad I found this place! I decided at the last minute to give my husband a dinner for his 55th birthday. I needed a private space for a group of 30 people and allowed kids. Linda, called me back right away. Everything after that was a breeze. The staff there was amazing. The food was exceptional. For our buffet I selected Salmon, Chicken Fracaise, and Skirt Steak. My guests were very happy!

My experience at the vault was a100/10 food was great our cook Travis n ask for our hostess Rocky &’ host Edwin excellent service. The food was so great made fresh n ready . Drinks are affordable n definitely delicious definitely recommend for family or even intimate date night
