The food is great, but I just had one complain. The bathroom, the toilet did not worked really good, I was afraid it wouldn’t flash, there was not paper towels and the soap felt like water, which concerns me a little. Just keep an eye on that.

Second time coming here and I’m AMAZED! While I’ve never had their shakes or ice cream, they look beautiful and over the top in a good way! I’m a fan of the snack options like tostilocos! First time trying the cucumber cup and I loved it. Reminds me of being home in California.the first time I got the tostilocos I did find it weird as well that there were carrots in it but everyone makes it differently I asked without it this time. While I will say, the prices are a bit high (paid $23.00) for my items, it is worth it! You’re paying for the presentation which is an art! It does take a while to order and get your food but it seems like a family business with the family running the place. Support your local businesses! ❤️

Unfortunately, not a good experience.
As soon as I walked in, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell that was overwhelming. I mentioned it to the staff member and suggested that the place might need better ventilation, but I was told they did not smell anything. That’s understandable—people who stay in the same environment for hours can get used to odors.
Additionally, the drinks were extremely sweet. I wanted to order a pomegranate drink and even tried a sample, but it was far too sugary for my taste, so I decided not to purchase it.

Our family stopped for the first time to treat our son for his first day of school. The first thing we noticed was the uncomfortably strong smell of floor cleaner. My husband actually had to leave the shop and wait in the car because the smell was so strong. The prices for not posted online or in the shop. We were shocked that the shake was $14.25. Normally I would not have paid that price for a shake, and would have left to get a more reasonably priced shake at a local ice cream shop. However my son was excited to try a new place out. It took over 15 minutes to receive one shake. Because of the smell on ordering, we had asked to make this a to-go order. I had asked if they would not put the sticky chocolate on the outside of the cup. After waiting, they did in fact not follow through on the request to not put anything on the outside of the cup. So we had chocolate all over the cup holder on the way home. Overall, I feel two stars is more than generous. I think customer satisfaction could improve by transparent pricing, improving the smell inside the shop, quicker service and following order instructions correctly.

Just okay… the presentation of everything is WOW but what we ordered really lacked flavor sadly. We had very high hopes based on pictures! We got the nachos and the Reese’s Shake. Both seriously lacked any taste. The nachos were incredibly bland like stadium nachos and the milkshake was mostly milk and the decor on the outside. Service was odd too, like it took a long time even though no one was there. And no one was cleaning off any tables inside. I’d skip coming back.

The desserts are outstanding, although it does take a while to get your food. However, I applaud them for not cutting corners, as I prefer to wait to get the best quality product. The atmosphere could be better, as seating is limited.

We got there and ordered it was $29.76 for 2 shakes. We ended up standing around waiting for 20-30 minutes and they still hadn’t given the people before us their order so I asked for my money back and they only gave me $29 and they kept the change. Which is theft but it is what it is I guess.

It’s good. They were nice. Took about 10 minutes for 2 rolled ice cream because only one girl was making them(there were 2-3 other people in the back). I want to try some of their other items, like shakes, fruit, takis, etc. but I found out that rolled ice cream is just flash-frozen heavy cream with a miniscule amount of add ins and it wasn’t anything special taste wise. Its actually kind of hard to eat rock hard ice cream

We tried the Ferrero freak shake and were not disappointed! Loved the presentation of our dessert. Ice cream was delicious although it was a bit overpriced in my opinion. Still a wonderful experience! Definitely expect to share though, portion sizes were pretty big!
