Vargas BBQ is the real deal. You can taste the heart and hustle in every bite. From the brisket fideo and creamy green spaghetti to the incredible beef-cheek barbacoa and amazing burgers, everything is packed with flavor. Ram’s smoked meats are top-tier, and Nidia’s recipes tie the whole menu together. On top of that, they keep their prices fair and truly care about serving the community. Easily one of the best spots in the Valley — absolutely worth the visit!

Honestly this place is delicious! The brisket and ribs are so flavorful you don’t even need BBQ sauce on it. Their cream corn is amazing! It’s that perfect mix of spicy with the jalapeños they add in it and creaminess, I could eat a whole bowl! The owner is so sweet and takes pride and loves what they do! Would come back again and again. They have a lot of side options as well.

Good homemade food, brisket sandwich was on the salty side and the rice wasn’t cooked all the way through but first time it’s happened still very flavorful. Mac and cheese is delicious; potato salad is tasty but a lil heavy on the mustard. Fajitas are good but not as tender as I expected.

Food is great! I’m a breakfast lover so the Big Mig & the Q tacos are my favorite. I’ve also had the Birria tacos, the nachos, the brisket sandwich and the Chile relleno sausage…they have all been awesome! I’m not a fan of banana pudding in general but I loved their smoked one.
