This place was just not it. I read so many good things about this establishment so I was looking forward to trying it out. The quesabirria tacos were ok but the rice was really crunchy. It tasted like it was made a day or two ago and then reheated. The chips that you get with salsa were also really stale and too hard. We went at the end of the day so that might’ve been why but food should still be fresh no matter what time you go. With fresher ingredients, this place could be much better. There are much better Mexican restaurants.

The food here is sooo delicious! We ordered the quesabirria plate and molcajete. Both came with beans and rice (molcajete also had lettuce and guacamole) and portions were ample. The chips and salsa to start was delicious too! Our server was very nice, friendly and accommodating. You’d be missing out on an excellent meal if you didn’t stop here. Prices were more than reasonable. We will definitely be back soon!

I had the Quesabirria and a pastor taco. The pork is good, and the other entree hit the spot.
The horchata was $6, which feels pretty criminal for what is basically run-of-the-mill sugar water, and the place could be cleaner. When we are a 3-hour drive to Canada and a 22-hour drive to Mexico, these are small things I can easily overlook though…
Other than that, I’ll definitely come back to try the steak.

I came in with my family today. Started out with ordering sodas and the sodas we got were straight syrup. Then ordered food and come server comes back and says they don’t have one of the items my kid ordered. Switched to a different item. Get the food. I ordered a torta and I bite into it and it’s as hard as a crouton. Wait for server to come back and after waiting 10 minutes and all our drinks are empty I call the server over and explain the food. His response oh sometimes they come out like that sometimes they don’t…. Well then I don’t want it. Take it back. Grabs my plate does not apologize does Or ask if I want something else. My kid than says fries are gross. I bite one and sure enough they are hard and cold in the middle…. This never got addressed because no one ever came back… Eventually another server comes around and I flag him down for the check. They still charged me for the absolute disgusting food I ordered ( the torta) did not even bother complaining about the fries or the sodas or never getting refills… let me add we where the only people in the restaurant. After complaining they did take off the torta. Sucks this used to be a good quality spot. Won’t be coming back…

Well, I got a new favorite Mexican restaurant! Their menu is smaller than other typical Mexican restaurants around here, which is nice because there aren’t over a hundred items to choose from. I got the enchiladas with beans and rice, which was very good. I think my favorite thing was their sauces they have a creamy one that was very good and worked great with the food flavor. They also had a darker one that has a heck of a lot kick to it but still has good flavor. You gotta try these sauces on your food when you come here. The service was great! Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be coming back here probably often.

This business shows a complete and unacceptable lack of customer service and professionalism. I placed and paid for an order and arrived to pick it up at the stated pickup time—more than an hour before their posted closing time—only to find that the restaurant had already closed. No notice was given, and no one contacted me to say the order would not be fulfilled.
They accepted my payment despite being closed, made no effort to inform me, and left me standing there with no order and no explanation. This alone demonstrates a total disregard for customers’ time and money.
When I called the next day to request a refund, I was told it would be handled. It was not. Over the following days, every attempt to resolve the issue was met with avoidance and hostility. The same staff member repeatedly refused to take responsibility, made excuses, told me to “try again another day,” and hung up on me.
When I called back simply to request the manager’s contact information—because it is nearly impossible to reach anyone—I was deliberately obstructed. Instead of helping, this employee played recorded audio over the phone and hung up again. This behavior goes beyond poor service and shows a willful refusal to assist a paying customer.
We are still owed nearly $200. Taking a customer’s money while closed, failing to provide the order, refusing a refund, and repeatedly hanging up is completely unacceptable. This business has demonstrated zero accountability and a complete lack of customer service. Do not support this business.

I’ve been looking for a great casual taco place. Finally found it! Great tasting, b fresh, authentic tacos. Big bowl of crispy tortilla chips that cane with different homemade salsas. Cave wait to go back and try their other dishes.

Enough is enough. I’ve put off writing this review because I used to genuinely enjoy this place and always spoke highly of it but I can’t ignore what has been happening for months now.
This place has significantly gone downhill. The food portions are nowhere near what they used to be — even the rice and beans are tiny now. My orders are wrong every single time, whether I order in person or through DoorDash.
On top of that, I’ve had two separate DoorDash orders refunded because after waiting 10–15 minutes for them to simply confirm my order, they never did. That’s unacceptable.
With how many Mexican food options and competition there is in this area, this kind of service and inconsistency is not okay. Today was the final straw, my order was messed up again and items were missing.
At this point, I will no longer be supporting or recommending this place. I truly hope management takes these reviews seriously and makes meaningful changes, because it didn’t used to be like this.

Woofda! I used to love love love this place. Thought about it often! The last 3 times ive been there the taste of the food is not the same. The amount of food you get, not the same… I dont understand how much service and taste of food can change in a few months.. maybe ill try again in a few months, but this place is no longer on my list of local favorites. this is for the birra plates. *side note, even with to go orders you used to get chips and salsa… now you do not.*
