What a great place! My wife and I came down from the Fort Collins area for a staycation, and found this place. We loved everything. Very welcoming when we stepped through the door and we loved the design and attention to detail with all the art and country theme. Our waitress was very attentive and the food was phenomenal. And for the amount of food we got, the price was very fair. Highly recommend if you love Mexican food and Ranch/Country theme!

Came here for dinner and the football game. Once game started they turned up the volume enough to turn it back down to a more manageable level. The appetizers and food come out very quickly as do the drinks. There is excellent service and the food was extremely tasty. I had the chicken chipotle, which was excellent and loved the mushroom sauce. The ceviche was amazing. Will definitely come again.

When I tell you this is likely the best Mexican food I’ve had, I mean it. The entire family loved their dishes!
The service was wonderful.

We recently visited and it happened to be on Valentine’s Day. It was so busy, people were waiting in vehicles, in the doorway, etc. and we were not only seated in only 15 minutes (we were told 20-25 minutes), but our food came out quick and our waitress was still attentive despite all of the customers. It was a little pricey, but well worth it. It was authentic Mexican food and you can taste the freshness of the ingredients/food used.

We love dining in at Vaqueros, and typically stop in once a month. Recently, we wanted carry out and decided to try Vaqueros to go. It was INCREDIBLE!!!! The portions, quality and flavor felt as though we were eating in.
I called and was greeted politely, my order was taken quickly and when I arrived my food was ready. They were very busy, Friday afternoon, yet I didn’t feel as though my order was taken any less seriously than a dine in order!!!
There are few places that we know are consistent for either dine in OR takeout and Vaqueros is one of them. Keep it up!!! We’ll definitely be back soon!

Yum! I’m glad we finally checked this place out. The burrito norteño was amazing! I’ve never had a burrito with steak, bacon, and shrimp before. It was incredibly filling, and I have half left for lunch tomorrow. The strawberry banana chimichanga dessert was a nice finish to the meal.

They have a lot of traditional Mexican dishes along with specialty dishes available only at this restaurant. The servers were very friendly and attentive.

Atmosphere: surprisingly warm and cozy, comfortable. An upscale Mexican atmosphere.
Food: if I could give it 10 stars I would! We split the Molcajete. OH MY!! I could read about it all the live long day. Every meat perfectly and individually seasoned. The sausage, pico and sauce were divine.
Drinks: they have more options than you can take a stick at. And in every category, margaritas, tequilas, wine, beers, and more!
Service: it will take a little while, though we did not feel it was exceptionally long, to get your food because it is not made until you order. Became at about 3 PM and the restaurant was about a third full by the time our food came. The wait staff is friendly, they smile, attentive and are delightful!

Went there for lunch and loved it. Chips and salsa on the table as soon as we sat down, both were fresh and delicious. I had chicken enchiladas with green chili, spouse had chicken fajitas, and brother had beef burrito with red sauce. We all almost cleaned our plates. Excellent, authentic food. Service was great, checked on us frequently. Highly recommend.
