Fries are not crispy. I asked for extra crispy and since heated with cheese and meat it made them soggy. Also no lettuce or grilled onions given as requested. However the beef fajita was delicious, the queso dip and seasoned chips were amazing.

This family run restaurant serves delicious Mexican and American dishes made from scratch. The cook staff and servers are all family and make you feel like you are family too! Tamales are huge and can be preordered for holidays as well. They even made sure they were gluten free for my nieces.

Had the most delicious breakfast at Vaquero’s today! My boyfriend and I both ordered the chilaquiles and it was the best we’d ever had. The potatoes were also fantastic. The green salsa was flavorful and plentiful- we were given an entire bottle! Friendly service, clean and welcoming atmosphere, a wonderful place to enjoy a hearty meal!

We have used Vaquero’s for a many years for catering needs! This weekend they catered our son’s graduation party with his friends. Hands down it was amazing!! We didn’t have to worry about everything. The food was amazing as always, and the service was wonderful! If you’re looking for some great Mexican food or needing a catering event, Vaquero’s is your go to. Angel and Olivia are wonderful people and have an amazing staff! Thank y’all so much for always taking such wonderful care of us!!
