The food was outstanding, so good that I ordered an extra to go.
I had the steak banh mi which was cooked to perfection and ordered the steak melt to go.
The absolute best by any test, we’ll definitely be back.

Best lunch spot in town! I’ve tried just about everything on the menu and highly recommend it all. The flavors are incredible, everything is made fresh, and all the the little details surpassed our expectations. Service is great and employees are very friendly, quick, hard working, and the cutest dogs hanging around too.
Decided to wander into Sawtooth Spirit, the very nice gift shop where the food truck is located, and got some great souvenirs and quality wine at a great price to pair with our lunch, which was well worth the trip!

The sandwiches here are amazing! There isn’t many quick and grab options and Stanley, and this may have just became one of my favorite spots to grab something quick on the go!
I had their steak melt and it was incredible.
The view of the sawtooth mountains was a great plus while eating!

Can’t recommend VanZuts enough! I had the kale slaw with chicken and avocado— flavorful, and totally hit the spot. The vibe is unbeatable: great music, sweet dogs roaming around, and the kindest staff. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger. So happy for the opening! Already looking forward to my next visit!

Ordered sandwiches to take to nearby Redfish Lake. The staff was super friendly, and the food came out fairly quickly for as busy as they were.
The menu had great selections to choose from. Our two favorites were the Banh Mi and the Steak Melt. Both were some of the best sandwiches we’ve ever had – anywhere. When I order from them again, I would ask for 1/2 the sauce or on the side – it was a bit heavy (extra messy).
The potato salad was also unique and had great flavor. Would highly recommend for someone interested in trying a new take on potato salad.
Highly recommend this place if you’re in Stanley and looking for a great meal.

Delicious Bahn Mi in the heart of Stanley. And the pulled pork is an absolute “must try”.
Grab and go at this level of quality is insane. The bread is fresh and the meats are marinated over night. The flavors are unreal. You can taste the love and time they’ve put into their food prep. And with the Sawtooth Mountains as your backdrop, what more could you want?
Staff is super friendly and the eating area is dog and Kid friendly.
You won’t regret grabbing a bite at VanZuts!
