the price?? I feel like I’m robbing them they’re so good.
we ALSO purchased some Oil pulling Rinse, Tallow Balm, & Toothpaste
everything made form scratch, in house!
the service was great, the place was packed and we still got our food in 20 mins and had a place to sit.
plenty of parking.
great service, knowledgable and super friendly staff
can’t wait to go back for more fries and sauce, literally licked the tray clean.

Incredible spot in Pacific Beach. The burger was reasonably priced. The fries were absolutely delicious and the milkshake was out of this world. Highly recommend for anyone in the area. Everything is seed oil, free and healthy. They also sell the van man products!

We made the trip down from Oceanside and it did not disappoint! The staff is friendly, the food came out speedy, and you can taste the quality. Their homemade ketchup and affogato are noteworthy mentions. Stock up on some vanman products after you have your meal! We’ll be back

Was able to pick up some skin care goodies for the road after eating a very satisfying & reasonably priced meal. Scott gave us an old fashioned, strong hand shake to say thank you & good luck on our trip back home. Would go weekly if we lived closer.

I am so glad this opened up in PB. The burger was one of the best I’ve had in a long time and the fries were probably the best I’ve ever had. Everything was incredibly tasty, including the watermelon drink and it feels good knowing that ingredient quality is a priority. Looking forward to coming back

VanMan’s is like no other burger joint around SD. Burgers were amazing and probably the best fries I’ve ever had. Watermelon juice and vanilla shakes were perfect. Love the transparency on all the ingredients and everything cooked in tallow. They sell the products from the website in there too which is really cool. Lots of respect to the owner.

Food was fantastic and absolutely an extreme value. $10 for beef tallow fries and a burger. Left extremely satisfied and also bought some VanMan products. They were doing a promo that you get a free meal with a purchase of $30+ on products and I didnt see that until after I ordered but Scott was nice enough to write me a voucher for next visit.
A welcome change is that they dont prompt you to tip, just like In – N – Out / any fast food place. That being said do bring some cash take care of the staff who are awesome.
PB needed an affordable and delicious non GMO food option since YumZab closed and this spot nails it! People used to make the drive for a long distance to go to Hodads in OB and I believe they now have a reason to make a trek to PB just for VanMans alone!
P.S: I dont expect the prices to stick around this range for too long given the quality of the ingredients so enjoy them while it lasts and even when the time comes it will still be worth the extra bucks.

Got a burger to go, friendly service, great price, and I got a monster triple I burnt my mouth as I devoured but couldn’t stop myself! Absolutely delicious burger for my first time there!! Sorry I didn’t take a pic… here is the empty bag before I toss it…. Make sure you grab napkins…

I think it’s time PB gets some recognition for how many incredible burger spots are in town.
VanMan’s takes quality and taste to the next level. Those fries are top tier crunch AND flavor in every bite. The burgers are juicy and flavorful with the crispy edges sought after in a great smash burger. You gotta try the fried apple slices!
