Such a great spot for both pho and banh mi! Pho To Da is a must! The food was fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot. Mr. Thanh was super friendly and knowledgeable — you can tell they really care about making sure everyone has a great experience. Definitely coming back soon!
Service was fast and friendly, our waiter introduced the foods and told us about the promotion for banh mis. We got our food a few minutes after ordering and everything tasted fresh and well made.
I really enjoy the food here, and so do my kids. They ate a lot! The male owner provides excellent service—he’s enthusiastic and attentive. I highly recommend trying this place.
The Vietnamese coffee is slightly less strong compared to other Pho restaurants, but it’s still good!
They’ve currently stopped serving rice plates & other special dishes. They only accept orders for Banh Mi, Pho & Bun Bo Hue at the moment.
Service was quite unpleasant. The server who took our order had an attitude with everyone and raised his voice at the coworker when he asked him something.

I came back for the banh mi and I can say the banh mi is worth coming back. Combination is okay but the heo quay is really good! I recommend the thit nuong as well
Update (February 9, 2025): We continue to return time and again, and our satisfaction remains unwavering. Van Banh Mi consistently delivers excellence!
From the start, service was disorganized. Our waiter struggled to take our order, sandwiches were repeatedly forgotten, and my daughter’s banh mi took over 45 minutes and still came out wrong. We were also told after ordering that they had run out of pho and it would take 30–45 minutes, which we agreed to wait for.
After about 40 minutes, the pho finally arrived—but it was regular pho, not hot stone, which was the entire reason we came. Instead of fixing the mistake, they tried to blame us the order was wrong and tried to convince us to accept it. When it came back, they had simply switched the bowls instead of remaking the dish, and the manager refused to correct it. Hot stone pho has all get ingredients sperate so you can cook at your owe pace.
The most uncomfortable part was when, instead of bringing out a manager do i can speak to, they brought out a cook to speak to me in Spanish simply because I’m Hispanic—without ever asking. I had ordered and spoken English the entire time. Even the cook seemed confused as to why he was involved.
I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and unwelcome and to be honest i left feeling that there was some type of racism that went on in our interactions with the staff. I won’t be returning.
