Interesting concept. The dessert is very similar to Korean-style bingsu, though here the ice is powdered, freeze dried and flavored rather than made from milk ice. Because of that, it’s lighter and a bit simpler. It also comes with fewer toppings and syrups than a traditional bingsu, but the flavor was still enjoyable.
From a business standpoint, the place feels a bit more like a casual snack stand than a polished dessert café. It seems very geared toward families with kids, which is totally fine, but the overall atmosphere can get pretty loud. When my wife and I visited, there were quite a few kids running around and screaming, which made it a little hard to relax.
The interior could also use some improvements to make it feel more put-together and comfortable. With a few upgrades and a little more focus on presentation and atmosphere, I think the concept could really shine.
That said, the dessert itself was tasty and fairly unique for this area, so it’s definitely worth trying at least once.

What an absolutely treat! Not only is the restaurant adorable, the staff was very nice, and the snow was amazing! I’ve never had a dessert like it. I will definitely be visiting the location closer to home! We tried the Banana Foster and the Pina Colada. Would recommend both!

A must if you’re looking for a good sweet treat in the area. I was blown away by the flavors and the ice is so soft (really like snow). They also are more family friendly than anywhere we have been before so we felt totally welcome having a screaming infant with us. There are coloring sheets, games and books so it is a great place to hang out with the kids.

The Dubai chocolate dessert was absolutely decadent. Rich, indulgent, and perfectly balanced. You can tell the ingredients are high quality, and the prices feel totally appropriate for what you’re getting.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday. Absolutely amazing. All the pleasures of like you’re eating ice cream without the guilt. Will definitely be back to try more flavors. I had the polar affogato and my girlfriend had the peanut butter cup. Shaved snow is a genius dessert idea!

When to this spot and have never had SNOW for ice cream. I was nervous because I Love ice cream and am very picky on my ice cream, but let me tell you that it’s worth it! So soft, feels like ice cream and not like hard snow but the freshly fallen winter snow. I had the smores and my kids had the cotton candy flavor. We both loved it!
The owner was so nice and shared with us the freeze dried skittles!! Even my non sweet tooth wife was impress! Come in NOW!

We just had the best dessert ever!!! Thank you Jessica it was a pleasure meeting you and trying your new popcorn. The Pina colada dessert was divine and Karol had the cotton candy. They were both delicious!! We will be back with our friends.

If you haven’t been to Vampire Penguin – Seminole, you are missing out! Such a cool place and unique ice cream! It’s fluffy and a little crunchy. A great summer treat! Had no idea what to expect, the shaved ice is a unique and wonderful experience! So light and fluffy and a lil crunch adds the perfext texture!
One small could’ve been split between three people. Our girls each got their own and couldn’t finish it. We got two strawberries shortcakes, and one Twix. They were all delicious! I especially love the fresh fruit.
The place has such a cool vibe with colorful penguin art, a huge throne chair that is perfect for pictures, and fun pops of color everywhere you look. The staff was so friendly and welcoming which made it even better.
If you are looking for a treat that is as fun as it is delicious, this is the spot. We will definitely be back.
