I’d give zero if I could. I used to come here years ago always amazing experience. Nothing complicated simple tender meal. Driving an hour from mass to come fishing enjoy the beauty of brookline. Was a slap in the face when I’m given the grossest excuse of chicken tenders I’ve ever seen. Mostly burnt breading. When asked politely to remake i wanted to actually enjoy. Was told they’ll reheat. Working in a kitchen myself no thank you I don’t want you to flash fry an crisp even more an at that point simply wanted refund. Getting refused I ask for owner who is saddest excuse of owning an establishment that’s retail and customer service based. This owner does not care for customers at all and only the money am not producing a good experience for anyone his workers customers. Never have I been back talked by an owner like that he already made the food was his only point. Do some customer service training simple.

Did Val’s change their recipe for the crust and cheese? We use to love Val’s pizza, went tonight and was so disappointed with what we got. Crust was very tough and the sauce was almost sour tasting. Not like the sweet sauce we know and love. Shame. Was our favorite pizza place in the neighborhood

My 1st time getting Val’s, my mother in law suggested it she lives down the St in Townsend MA. I got 2 steak bombs, and a small steak and cheese for my 8 yr old, an order of mozzarella sticks, and jalapeno poppers. Best poppers I’ve ever had, the sandwiches were amazing and my daughter loved the mozzarella sticks. Definitely a win for us. Keep up the good work ❤

Small spot inside gas station has tasty food. The slices are sheets hot and ready, try the special of the day. Subs ares good size and plenty of meat. Prices are reasonable and service is Quick!
