I first discovered Valley Kitchen at their Hermitage location and I was hooked! I was very excited when they opened a location in Boardman. I have had wonderful experiences at both locations. I am shocked at the negative reviews, honestly. I recommend this place to everyone when they’re looking for breakfast spots. On the weekend you’re going to wait unless you do the online “wait list”. This will tell you how many parties are ahead of you and when you should arrive. I’ve had no issues with the service and esp not with the food! It’s the best breakfast you can find in this area, hands down! Well worth the price and wait if you have one! Some items I’ve included photos of: Black Forest waffle (on their specials menu); lemon ricotta pancakes and the cajun shrimp benedict. Plus can we talk about the bacon?? You get three thick slices and it’s SO SO GOOD!! Don’t listen to the negative – try this place out for yourselves and you won’t regret it.

In my decades on this earth I have NEVER eaten a better brunch! The food was to die for…stuffed French toast?? Makes my mouth water thinking about the meal as I type! Family of 4 cost us almost $100 with tip but it was worth every penny. The portions are large enough for two meals. My wife and two kids took home a feast after filling their stomachs. I maybe had an appetizer size box left over because it was too good to stop myself from indulging in just one more bite! Would highly recommend! We’ve made it a weekly part of family time! Polite and kind staff also!

Today was our second visit and each time has been phenomenal. My extremely picky husband loved the food too. This is very comparable to first watch imo but I think the coffee drinks are better here and possibly the pancakes. The service has always been really great. Highly recommend.

It was cold inside. We were by a window. We reserved a table ahead of time and waited in our car to be texted that it was ready. That was far better than standings in line! Food was average. Except the sausage links were big. Bacon thick slices. Flavor of everything else was solid right above average. Waitress was the best!!!

It starts with the staff, who are super friendly and helpful. The customer service is fantastic! I can tell you the food is equally amazing! I go in there a lot, and the food is always cooked perfectly! The best pancakes with crispy edges in my opinion. Everything I have tried on the menu thus far has just been great! I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. On weekends you might wait a while for a seat depending on how busy it is, and if you don’t put your name in before hand, but I promise it’s worth it Also, the pricing is good too. I know we all wish things were cheaper in general, but I was actually surprised when I got my check the first time. Compared to other places, they are very fair!

Un-friggin’-believable. Yes, it had a little bit of a wait… like 25 – 35 minutes on a Monday around 11am. I honestly would have waited an hour for the quality of food, people, and service at this fine establishment. ULTRA SUPER FAST SERVICE… Food was out wayyyy quicker than I ever imagined!!! Valley Kitchen 2 would have gotten 10 stars if I could give bonus stars. Hands down it was the best meal I’ve had out in YEARS in this area!! I got the Pesto Potato Skillet with an additional 3 eggs over easy to bring my total to 5 eggs on it. Everything was perfect and seasoned super on point. I used my side of sourdough toast to soak up every last bit of pesto/egg goodness on my plate!! My son got the kids tenders and they were the largest, freshest, and cripiest tenders we’ve had in a while. He got fruit with those instead of fries and it was fresh and delicious too!! My daughter did the birthday pancakes with egg whites w/ 1 bacon, 1 sausage. I didn’t even see the sausage because she ate it so quick but she did mention it was a “fat boy” . I tried a tiny bit of pancake and could have eaten a whole pancake with 0 sryup or anything on it… it was THAT good!! She asked that the 1 bacon be a little “chewy”… she’s the only one in my family like this LOL. It was more done, we told the server and BOOM she brought out an entire 3 pieces of chewy bacon which made my lil girl soooo happy!! My wife did the Cajun Shimp Benny which I tried a couple times and again… complete and utter . Looking around at the salads people got, the steak sandwich, the smash burgers, and other breakfasts had me upset that I couldn’t sit there all day and try the entire menu. I left completely full but not feeling tired or groggy or sick. 100/10, would try again and again and again. The server was ultra attentitive and nice and talkative too!! I will be back time and time again in order to try ALL of the fresh, amazing food they have to offer!!! Happy man and happy familia right here!!

Valley Kitchen is amazing! The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the option to get in line online was such a great experience! We love nearby, so we literally left the house when there was 5 min left on the wait time, and we walked right in and were sat immediately. The coffee drinks (hot and cold) were both good. We got a few things to try since this was a our first time there. We got chicken and waffles, a banana nut waffle, and a plate of typical breakfast food. Everything tasted great, and we had zero complaints. They were packed with a line of customers waiting, so of course we had to wait and little for our food. The atmosphere was comfortable, the music was good, and our waitress checked in many times with us. We’ll definitely be back!

My son and I stopped here today very close to closing time and we were welcomed in as if the doors just opened the hostess/waitress was SO sweet and never rushed us. The food was incredible and came to the table quickly. I was happily surprised at how generous the portions were for the price. We will definitely be coming back for more great food and service!
