This is an excellent place to go for a sweet treat without all the guilt. Their muffins are excellent, and the staff is super knowledgeable. But just a warning – if you are used to the sugary stuff this will not appease your sweet tooth. It’s better if you are already used to keto baking!

The food is decent but gravely overpriced. 2 cupcakes $18. Yo Mama pasta sauce found in Walmart for $6.47, Frys for $8.99, Keto Valley charges $10.25. Their traditional lasagna is great and worth the high price tag but for many other options, the value is seen.

We came across this place as a vendor at two different farmers markets. We ordered quite a bit of items. The lemon scones were ok I wish it had a stronger lemon flavor and the icing was a bit sweeter. The chocolate cupcake dried up quickly and the icing got hard. The cheesecake was absolutely tasty. The favorite item was the walnut brownies. They are just delectable. We are definitely enjoying the products. They don’t have have the typical healthy taste. We will continue to keep getting these and trying others. There are tons of options so if getting from the farmers market, get there early to get your choice.The staff at the markets have been super sweet and making suggestions and not pushy which is just another added bonus !

I found what I’ve been looking for! The blessings of a Keto Diet calling. No restrictions! No Checking for “How many Carbs?”! They do it for you! Specifically labeled with all the counts you need. Also, Great Explanations of what they use to make the Food Items and delicious snacks. Amazing Help, Clean Area, Ordering in Store or Online, I’m Hooked! I literally wanted to buy everything in the store . I’m very please about everything. I’m definitely coming again. I recently ordered from this bakery, and while I was excited to find a keto-friendly option in the neighborhood, my experience was very disappointing.
First, the items I picked up were not what I was expecting. The portions were extremely small—much smaller than anticipated—and definitely not worth the price. For what I paid, I expected at least a decent-sized muffin, but these were tiny and more like smaller-sized cupcakes.
What made it worse is that the items were frozen—not freshly made. There was no indication of how long they’d been frozen, and frankly, that’s concerning. To top it all off, I found a hair inside one of the containers with the small muffins, which is completely unacceptable.
Overall, I can’t recommend this place. The products aren’t fresh, the portions are too small for the price, and the quality control is clearly lacking. This is just my honest opinion and what I personally experienced.

My husband and I decided we wanted to eat healthier and hopefully lose some pounds. We found this gem called Valley Keto. First time in we got to meet the owner. She was so friendly. She explained what everything was and what was in it. She gave us samples of which we ended up buying. We did get the chicken and bacon lasagna and it was soooo good!! The lemon scones were so flavorful! We also got the hatch chile bagels and they were so good warmed up! We did not try the keylime cheesecake or the cinnamon muffin which we will try next time! We will definitely be going back!

Keto friends! You won’t be disappointed. Fairly priced compared to similar bakeries that offer keto. The only difference here vs what I’m used to is the portion/package. At another family owned bakery, they sell individually servings for 4-5bucks. This place sells 4 servings per package for 10-12 bucks.

I just moved to this area and kept passing by this vision of heaven. Finally today I tried it and I am hooked!! I suffer from hypoglycemia and am sensitive to sugar so this is a life saver. I can finally have a sweet life and get joy back. Today I tried the chocolate donuts, lemon ricotta scones, lemon poppy seed loaf, focaccia bread and I loved every bite of everything!!! ❤️ I will be recommending this place to my diabetic family members as well as everyone else I know! Gluten-free sugar-free grain-free but not delicious free! This is by far the best Christmas present I could have ever gotten!!!
