Called before going to see if they served turkey dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy…to our surprise they were serving an entire “Thanksgiving dinner” that happens to be pictured on their “special” menu…unfortunately they were out of the bread, and the cranberry sauce. They would not substitute for a different side because they said these were just add ons not sides. The waitress over compensated for poor management.

$4.25 for this sundae. Absolutely ridiculous. I am amazed this is acceptable for them. Two scoops and they are the size of ping pong balls. Save your money.

I definitely don’t recommend this place. In theory it seems like a great place to eat. I ordered chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. The chicken was an unseasoned bland overly breaded mess. Both the mashed potatoes and the Mac and cheese were barely warm.
The service wasn’t great. Our waitress was too busy yelling and talking loudly in the back for the entire dining room to hear to even notice to refill our drinks.
It does get one star because the milkshake I got to go is actually kind of decent.

Loved that i could get breakfast for supper. Bittersweet ice cream is toffee/ coffee lovers delight. One couple when i was there said they eat there almost everyday.

Would give no stars if I could. Horrible service workers who have an attitude and don’t wanna do their job and openly count tips in front of customers yet don’t take care of their customers. Will never return.

Valley dairy in Mount Pleasant is like my getaway spot lol I really don’t have anybody in my life my love life or family, but when I go here I feel like I’m a part of something. I feel like I’m family and I’m appreciated. The food is phenomenal, and the servers make you feel at home seriously. I truly love this place, and would recommend it to everybody. I just wouldn’t recommend going in on weekends lol

wouldn’t even rate a 1 at this point. it’s the 3 rd time something has been wrong. the first time they gave me boyfriend a hard time getting the order he paid for and we left with cold food and they sent up a $25 gift card that didn’t even cover the cost of the food we bought. NOW they wanna mess up the order, mind you I live 25 minutes from the location. just a waste of money at this point.
