If there was ten stars to rate a place this would get ten stars from me! Absolutely the BEST burger I have ever had and I will fight anyone who would disagree! The menu is small but everything they offer is soooo good! In my pic is the O.B. burger. The atmosphere is chill with plenty of seating for couples and small groups. The service and staff are very friendly and prompt. They also use beef tallow in their fryers which gives the fries that delicious flavor you can’t find anywhere else! One thing I wish they would do is offer more variety of appetizers and sides such as cheese curds/deep fried pickles, etc. .

This little burger spot inside the food hall is an absolute gem. The burgers are perfectly juicy and flavorful, and the fries are everything you want them to be- crispy on the outside, soft and potato-y inside. It’s the kind of simple, done-right food that reminds you how good a great burger and fries can be.
What really makes this place shine, though, is the service. The team at the Chippewa Falls location went above and beyond for me. I accidentally placed an online order through the Eau Claire location (learn from my mistake!), but the staff here were so patient and kind about it. They handled everything with such understanding and good humor- I can’t thank the team enough!
Pro tip: If you’re ordering from the Chippewa Falls spot, call ahead instead of ordering online- online orders go to Eau Claire.

A must stop. The burgers here are incredible, not some poor pub burgers but actual well made, good ingredient and incredible tasting!! The fries cooked in beef tallow are some of the best I’ve ever had!! Service was welcoming and easy to talk with. Hands down great place, up beat atmosphere.

We came by accident after getting coffee in the market next door. This place was amazing! The girl who took the order (Anna E) was friendly and even brought our food to our table in the main area. The food quality was FANTASTIC. Fries were fried in beef tallow and the bacon was thick cut and perfectly cooked. Just overall a high quality product for a fair price. We will for sure be coming back.

I know that some people love greasy food, but these burgers are just WAY too greasy. I also had a side of brussel sprouts that were dripping with grease.
Honestly, I’m really disappointed. This is an expensive burger joint. For the price paid, the main flavor profile should be more than just cooking oil.

Tried to find a place for Father’s Day. The first place we went to had an hour wait. We noticed that Valley Burger had a location in Chippewa Falls so we decided to go there.
Great decision. Our burgers were fantastic. We’ve eaten a lot of burgers in the Midwest but these were easily in the top five of all time. French fries were awesome.
The staff was really busy. We had to wait for our appetizer so they didn’t charge us.
They also gave us a free round of drinks. That’s great customer service. Going above and beyond what they needed to do.
We’ll definitely be back. Fantastic food. Incredible customer service.

I received a gift card for my birthday, so was excited to check it out. There were only a couple of people in the restaurant, so I felt we could have had a little more attention from the server. I got up to get my own ketchup, salt and cutlery. The burgers were good, a bit greasy, but to be expected from a smash burger. My fries were overdone so did not eat most of them. The valley sauce and dill ranch were both good. As a burger joint, I was surprised to have an $85 bill for two people; I understand from previous comments that you are using better ingredients. Overall it was fine, but my boyfriend and I both agreed it wouldn’t be a place we would revisit. I do wish them well; I think the overall Atmosphere of the building is something new to the area!

The atmosphere is awesome and relaxing. Food was delicious and the service was spot on! Three of us, We all had a cocktail, one of us had 2 cocktails, we all had the same Burger and a side, fries, brussel sprouts, and cauliflower.
Total bill was over $120! Cocktails were almost $20 a piece. A little spendy for cocktails but I would definitely spend the money on the burgers and food!! Very delicious

It was my first time there, so the Manager assisted me in making a selection from the food menu. He guided me to the absolute perfect burger that was amazingly delicious. From beginning to end, the staff made me feel like I was their most important person and tended to my every need. Needless to say, I definitely recommend going here and having a great meal. 5 STARS

The homemade lemonade was delicious! The burgers were great! But the fries were WAY over done, didn’t think to take a pic. Our waitress got us new fries that were much better, but it took her so long to check on us that we had eaten our burgers and didn’t get to eat the good fries until we were ready to go. Google estimated $10-$20 per person. My daughter and I each got a burger and lemonade and we split an order of fries. Our total was $48 something, just as a heads up.
