I recently hosted my baby shower at Valle Grande, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From start to finish, the experience was amazing! Mr. Sergio was the one assisting us throughout the entire event, and I have to say he was truly the most helpful, kind, and humble person. He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.
All of my guests were so pleased with the atmosphere, the service, and especially the food! We had chicken, steak, and pineapple fajitas, and they were absolutely delicious everyone was raving about them.

I highly recommend renting their private room for any special occasion. The space was perfect, the staff was attentive, and the overall experience was more than I could’ve hoped for. Thank you to Valle Grande and a special thank you to Mr. Sergio for helping make the day so special!

I love this place. Great food, atmosphere, and staff! We usually always have good experiences but last night was even better. Our server was so wonderful! I believe her name was Esme.

We love everything about this place! The food is wonderful, the menu is exhaustive, and the Margaritas are to die for. When we are at our lake place, it’s not a question of if we’re going to go to Valley Grande, it’s just which night or nights. Only downside is the parking can get a little tight, but we’re usually good to find parking across the street. If you haven’t tried it, go for it!

Valle Grande Mexican Grill is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. The food was fabulous—rich in flavor without being heavy, which is a rare and welcome treat.

The chips and salsa were top-notch—crisp, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. And the margaritas? Some of the best I’ve ever had. The blackberry margarita, in particular, was an unforgettable highlight—bold, smooth, and perfectly balanced.

If this place were closer to me, it would hands-down be my go-to spot. Between the amazing food, incredible drinks, welcoming staff, and some of the lowest prices I’ve seen for a meal this good, Valle Grande Mexican Grill is a must-visit. A truly wonderful place to eat and enjoy!

What a wonderful surprise in every way! Walking in the front door was like walking into a sexy Mexican vacation resort! I’m all about the ambiance, food, service, and not wanting to leave. This did it for me. I literally will take that exit off of 65 between Mobile and Huntsville to come here 🙂

This is the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to.

Everything we had was delicious. The interior and exterior of the restaurant are beautiful with colorful murals painted on the rustic brick walls and I really loved the lighting. The atmosphere inside was like an easygoing, festive one that gave me holiday vibes. Every employee we encountered was pleasant and the service was impeccable.

The prices on their menu are what you would expect pre-pandemic and it’s apparent that they care about their customers as they are upfront about a discount for paying in cash and (unlike some other places) there is no deception and they do not try to stick you with phantom fees for things like a salsa refill, to-go drink, etc.

The menu is larger than that of most Mexican restaurants. You could go there a hundred times and get something different each time. I may do just that because everything looks amazing and I really want to try it all.

Our visit was more than just a meal, it was an experience. One that I can’t wait to have again…and again.

The queso is absolutely amazing and the tacos are very flavorful. I’ll definitely have them again.

I really also liked the flavor of the cilantro they use. Sometimes that can easily a hit or a miss.

The staff has been very friendly both times I’ve eaten there. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, very clean.

They also have the space for bigger parties.

We started with the dip trio – El Jefe, guacamole, and the chorizo cheese dip. El Jefe was definitely the standout, with jalapeño and steak adding great flavor. The guacamole and chorizo dip were pretty basic by comparison.

For our entrees, my husband enjoyed the grilled mixed meat quesadilla. I ordered the pineapple fajitas, which were a letdown. They arrived barely warm, and when I asked the waitress if they were supposed to be sizzling hot like traditional fajitas, like come out if the kitchen smoking, she said this version doesn’t. Unfortunately, the shrimp and veggies lacked flavor because of this, and the pineapple was just raw. I was expecting the traditional seared fajitas with grilled pineapple slices on top. If they cooked it like classic fajitas, I think the flavor could be amazing. I’d also order it without the cheese on top. I felt like I was just eating cheese and lukewarm diced pineapples. That said, I’d return to try something else on the menu.
