Valla Table is a gorgeous Michelin-recommended Thai spot in Midtown that’s perfect for date nights or small gatherings. The fine-dining vibe is elegant without feeling stiff, and every dish we tried was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Standouts included the Tod Mun Goong—crispy shrimp donuts with a bold black pepper kick—the rich and comforting Gao Lao Nuer hot pot, and the Khao Pad Pu with generous crab meat and great wok aroma. The Tom Yum Mama was a warming, upgraded take on classic tom yum, and the Kra Pao Kai with a perfectly runny egg was pure comfort food.

Absolutely loved our experience at this authentic Thai restaurant. The food was flavorful, fresh, and truly authentic; every dish was packed with incredible taste. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding service. The staff noticed we were seated near the cold entryway and kindly relocated us to a warmer, more comfortable table without us even asking. They were attentive, thoughtful, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. Great food, great atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend it, and we’ll definitely be back!

What a great find!

We had a 10/10 lunch experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service received by the team was super super good.

We tried 1 appetizer and 2 mains, but given how great they were, we feel any dish in the menu will be delicious too.

The atmosphere of the restaurant also aligns with the food quality.

100% recommended spot!

This is a great restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen for Thai cuisine!
The food is great and they also have some great cocktails. In our case the food came out in separate intervals but in the end it was great… also, the staff is really friendly and knowledgeable about their dishes.
Great dining experience overall!

I had such an amazing experience at this Thai restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. I ordered the Japanese Wagyu noodle soup and I completely fell in love with it — the broth was rich and comforting, the noodles were perfect, and the wagyu was incredibly tender and juicyyy.
The atmosphere is cozy and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for tasty food. I will definitely come back again

Visited Valla Table Thai twice and had a great experience overall. Tried the Pak Mor Kaeng Pu (crabmeat rice dumplings), Tod Mun Goong (shrimp donut), Pad Kee Mao, and Khao-Ob Mor Din (clay pot rice), everything tasted excellent with well-balanced, authentic flavors.

Service is good, and the staff are friendly and offer helpful recommendations. The only downside is the portion size, which feels quite small for the price compared to other Thai restaurants. Portions are generally fine for one person but not ideal for sharing, especially if you’re hungry.

Great food quality, just wish the portions matched the price point better.

Great Thai spot in Hell’s Kitchen with a cozy, relaxed vibe.
Cocktails are excellent — especially the Cha Thai Kee Mao and Kiew Wan Gin.
Sai Ua sausage and crispy salmon pomelo salad were both standouts.
Seafood platter was fresh and well balanced.
Wagyu boat noodle is rich, comforting, and worth ordering.

If you’re looking for the best Thai food in New York City, look no further—this place is an absolute standout. Every dish bursts with authentic flavor, fresh ingredients, and the perfect balance of spice and richness that true Thai cuisine is known for. From the appetizers to the desserts, everything is consistently delicious.

What truly elevates the experience, though, is the exceptional service. A special shoutout to Summer, May, and TK, who made our visit unforgettable. Summer’s warm personality and attention to detail made us feel instantly welcome. May was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered fantastic recommendations. TK’s friendly energy and professionalism rounded out a perfect dining experience.

Amazing food, incredible staff, and a vibe that keeps you wanting to come back—hands down the best Thai restaurant in NYC. Highly recommended!

I’ve been here twice and I can say that this place is an absolutely gem. The food is super filling, flavorful and delicious. The panang jay has a very nice peanut butter taste to it and I loved the tofu and cauliflower.

The atmosphere and service were genuinely good cozy, stylish, and the staff was polite. However, the food left me with mixed feelings.I might have simply ordered the wrong items based on the waiter’s recommendations, both appetizers were very dry, and the main dish turned out extremely spicy, even though I specifically asked if it was spicy because I don’t eat spicy food.In the end, I wasn’t satisfied with the taste, and honestly, I have no idea what exactly I paid 60$ for…. The ambiance is nice, but the food quality didn’t match my expectations.
