We’re a small micro roaster of Fair Trade, organic, single origin specialty coffees. Finally got a chance to check this coffee shop out before leaving PA yesterday. Glad we did, the coffee was so hot and fresh and delicious! My wife got her coffee latte “hot” as per usual and I got my iced latte chai latte “my new thing” over general Ice latte. Quick and efficient, very bright with plenty of sunlight coming in when the sun is out. Clean space and great workspace area. It’s in a commercial zone so don’t drive fast or you’ll miss it but definitely check them out.

This is my second day in a row at Valerio! The employees are friendly and helpful. My girlfriend got the bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel and I got the sweet potato crust quiche both days and they were delicious! I love the summer drink specials, especially the Beach Bum and The summer I turned Philly. We love the ambiance of the outdoor area.

A lot of people in the area have recc’d this place to me. Their IG looked decent at the time, its changed since I went to their Trappe location. I expected this to be a fun atmosphere based on the videos I was seeing and it was! The service was exceptional. Michelle stood out. Of all the cafe tours I have done these past 3 weeks she was the kindest. She made me a BLT I will never forget. I took quiche home to my fiance and it was delicious. the vibe so was cute. I cant wait to go back in summer and sit on the patio…. looks vibey on the IG and quiet. Very cute place for being in the middle of an industrial park. Thank you to the staff for the thoughtful recc’s on drinks. You were right, MIstletoe latte was lit. Ill be back.

Drove out of my way to find this place solely on the good reviews. Latte was above average and I got the avocado toast with egg. It was a microwaved egg on top of sandwich bread, a bit disappointed as there were a lot of highly rated reviews. I like supporting local spots so worth a try but not worth going out of the way for. Staff was perhaps slightly less friendly than one would experience at a Starbucks, ♀️

I would describe the flavor of the espresso as “intense.” It easily over powers and does not balance out with dairy or non-dairy based beverages. Limited selection on milk options (at the time of my visit 2% was the “fattest” you could get) and lack of soy milk was a downer.
With that said, the staff are absolutely amazing, and they can really rock that machine. High marks on the craftsmanship of the drinks, just wish they had a roast that was more my palette.

The new summer coffee menu is up and so far they’re pretty legit.
Today we tried the Malibu Barbie Cold and the Mix Tape Hot.
Both were well made and flavorful.

Tucked into a corporate office complex off Trooper Rd in Audubon is this creative gem of a coffee roaster/shop.
I ordered off the Elf Yourself winter special menu. I chose the Candied Orange & White Chocolate Latte. It was absolutely delicious. The flavors all shown thru and I nearly ordered a 2nd. For breakfast I chose a Toasted bagle with sausage egg and cheese. Made to order with fresh ingredients and served hot.
On my way out I ordered a roadie..the North Pole Narwhal which was a Cinnamon Bun and Toasted Marshmallow Cortado. It was delicious and did not make it home.
The seating area is warm and cozy with seating for 10 or so people. There’s an outdoor patio with tables and umbrellas for fair weather days.
The staff is friendly and attentive.
They offer a good selection of house Roasted beans & grinds. They also have apparel, glassware, caps, brewing equipment and jewelry.
Do yourself a favor and go see these folks.

This place is SO CUTE! The staff is so friendly, drinks are out of this world delicious and the food is equally as yummy. I will be a return customer for sure. I highly recommend the chicken salad on sourdough, the egg and cheese on a gluten free roll and the smoothies. Their seasonal drinks are also really fun and super yummy!

Everything was so good, I literally wanted to cry. The bagels were so fresh, the veggie cream cheese was amazingly creamy, cheesy & buttery. The lattes were so good especially the mocha latte. I haven’t had good coffee like this besides in Europe. The US is severely lacking in making good coffee but this place gives me hope that maybe I can get good coffee here.
