The food was good. A nice plate of food for the price. Bacon was cooked perfectly crisp for me and the cranberry wildrice bread is delicious. The breakfast potatoes were a little under done. My husband said the biscuits were very good.

Amazing little spot for breakfast and lunch! I was greeted very warmly upon entering. My order was taken, and I took a seat. The food came pretty fast, which, from what I was told, the place can get very busy. But the home like atmosphere and the wonderful interactions make it all worth it. Every dish I had was delicious! My favorite is the chili and grilled cheese. The menu options change every day, so it never gets boring. They do have their regular menu items, but I love the variety. So, if you’re ever in the Brainerd/Merrifield area, this is a must-stop! 5 stars!!

Fantastic food, great taste and fresh. High quality ingredients. Good portion size. Wild rice soup was amazing. They offer fresh take home pre-made meals. Staff is friendly. Great atmosphere. Weather permitting there is outdoor seating next to a beautiful garden. Valeri Ann knocked it out of the park!

This place is great! I went there for breakfast and the food was excellent. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere charming. Service was a little slow but so worth it. Bottomless self-serve coffee, which was also very good. Highly recommend!

First off going there and 8 people standing at the front counter, oddly enough thats where you order, no menus, everyone just walking around aimlessly, very strange, serve yourself to coffee and water, im sorry so then tour tip should no be at 5 percent as you are only doing a third of the work.
Eggs were slimy, bacon rubbery, toast was decent everything could be compared to perhaps eating a cardboard box.
Service below par, only thing nice was the decor and design of the building.
