If I could 3.5 stars I would on the food and overall rating.

Went on a Friday at 5:15 and was worried it would be packed with “snowbirds” and locals grabbing an early dinner. The lounge did have a great crowd but the dining area only had guests at two tables so walked right in. They got rid of the booths and have nice tables throughout. Server was very polite.

Food…bread and Caesar salad were a nice start! I tried the shrimp parm. I was very happy with the serving size and meal itself. My wife decided to try the gnocchi dish. She should have tried something else. The dish was very “mushy” as the gnocchi was super soft and with the cheese baked on top it all became one big serving of mashed gnocchi. Won’t be getting the gnocchi again. Highly recommend the shrimp parm though!

This is a 10 start restaurant. It was such an exceptional experience for me. The ambience is just authentic and very intimate. The waiters are very knowledgeable on the menu and I was shocked at how long they have been there they truly care.

The food was just amazing, fresh and delicious made fresh to order. The wine samples were generous I was confused if that was the actual serving or a sample.

The service was fast and efficient. There was plenty of parking and place was easy to get to.

Now at the owner came to say hi. Since I was the last customer of the day he had time to share details and even gave me a tour of the restaurant.

I would highly recommend this place . It is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. The best I’ve been to in this side of Florida.

We had been here years ago and thought we’d try again. The server wheeled her cart over and was trying to be funny but was a bit rude. The service was slow, even getting our drinks. The sever seemed argumentative with us at times. We ordered soup, asked for only 1 kind of cheese on it and was told no the kitchen was too busy for that. We waited about an hour for our food while other tables who came in after us got theirs. We asked the waitress and was told the pizza takes longer. When the food did come, it was cold and 1 person didn’t get theirs as the server said someone else took it by accident. We asked another server if we could speak to a manager and she said there wasn’t one. The only time the server was apologetic or seemed to care was when the bill came and when we would be adding our tip. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant to friends or family.

This is definitely a must-go Italian restaurant in Venice. The food is authentic and delicious! The environment is cozy and inviting. Ask for Lois to serve your table. She is so gracious, energetic, and also a storyteller that transforms your dinner into a pleasant experience. I would go back any time!

Come with a huge appetite! Oh my, amazing food, great service, wonderful ambiance. We will definitely be back. There aren’t very many places that have escargot on the menu and it is divine! Salutè!

Last night, 22 residents of the Venetia Community had a delightful culinary experience! We had a private room, great service and the food was absolutely delicious! As the organizer of the group dinner, I communicated with Caesre Valenti, who was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. Valenti’s actually had its roots in the Italian district of Hartford. CT and then moved its restaurant to Venice over 30 years ago! A big thank you to Caesre and his staff!

Love this restaurant. We had a party of 20 reserved in advance . Service was excellent with everyone receiving their entrees in a timely manner. The menu is extensive with entrees to fit nearly any tastes. Highly recommend visiting here. You won’t be disappointed.

★☆☆☆☆ The Worst Italian Meal I’ve Ever Had – Save Yourself the Regret

I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience at Valenti’s Ristorante was so shockingly bad that I feel obligated to warn others.

The disappointment started before I even walked in. The exterior looked rundown — the kind of place you’d normally drive past without a second thought — but I tried to give it a chance. I wish I hadn’t.

The moment I stepped inside, something felt off. The place had a strange smell — not of good food simmering in the kitchen, but something stale and unpleasant that I still can’t identify. That should’ve been my cue to leave.

I ordered a glass of wine, which was the only thing that wasn’t a complete disaster. Then came the $50 chicken parmesan, and that’s where everything fell apart. The sauce had a bizarre, almost sour flavor, nothing like real Italian red sauce. The chicken was nearly impossible to eat — every bite had rubbery, chewy, gristle-like pieces, the kind you would normally trim off because they’re not edible. I tried four bites just to be sure, and all four were awful.

I’ve had better chicken parm from a gas station take-out counter. I couldn’t finish it. Honestly, I couldn’t even pretend to like it.

In short: Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place. The food is bad, the atmosphere is worse, and the price makes it feel like a joke at the customer’s expense. If this is what they consider “Italian,” then Chef Boyardee deserves a Michelin star.

Visited Valenti’s on East Venice Avenue for pizza last week and sat in their little bar. Such a quaint atmosphere and the pizza was AMAZING. We each got a 10″ pizza of a different kind and they were all amazing. You could taste that the ingredients were high quality and fresh. The bread was… I can’t even describe how good the fresh bread was – served hot. Best I’ve had. Last night we ordered 2- 10″ pizzas for curbside pickup and a Caesar Salad to share. Again, it was amazing. Decided to purchase a loaf of their bread when I picked up (made fresh twice a day) and the super friendly gentleman behind the counter suggested I try making French Toast with it – we made it this a.m. and he wasn’t kidding. It was SO delicious. Valenti’s will be our new go-to for a pizza fix.
