It is family owned and operated by a third generation Italian from a family that moved from Italy to Long Island New York. The outside looks like the quintessential Italian restaurant, exactly like I’ve seen all around NY in the past. The pizza is really good. They have a delicate and tasty dough, and their sauce is delicious. I did not like the size of the artichoke pieces on their Mediterranean pizza, but overall was still very good. The Hawaiian they make here is superb.

This is our second time. The food is delicious. Staff is AMAZING. We love that the owner is present and so passionate. Every business should be as fantastic as this place. Highly recommend their sangria and any other beverage! Desert as well. Absolutely gorgeous flavors.

We’ve been a few times and it’s ok. The service is a bit slow, the food is decent. The pizza is good but the chicken that comes on most pasta is not very good. The mixed drinks are not it so we don’t order those anymore. Overall it’s not a terrible place to eat but not the best either.

Valenti’s reputation preceded my visit in the best way! For years when I worked in Moore county, my hospital coworkers raved about their Vass location. Today’s lunch certainly rose to the occasion. Our server Jamie was so friendly and very attentive. We had Fried Cheese for an app and our entrees included a choice of soup or salad and delicious buttery rolls. The chicken fettuccini was incredibly rich & creamy and the chicken was grilled to perfection. But that homemade Tiramisu was HEAVEN. SO LIGHT & AIRY! My sister enjoyed their Cranberry Crumble Cheesecake and was also sent to HEAVEN! Superb! And if you’re a sweet wine drinker like me…try a glass of their peach moscato. You won’t be disappointed!

I settled my curiosity today by stopping in after grocery shopping and selected a few items from the menu. Polite staff, wasn’t pricey, very good atmosphere, and it didn’t take too long for my food to come. Very satisfied! Got home unpacked my food because it smelled so good in the car.

Worried we wouldn’t get table, but they accommodated us. Pleasant staff. Shrimp scampi and pasta were quite tasty and the white wine was pretty good. Good portions and atmosphere–no room for dessert.

The hostess asked if we wanted a table we politely said that we preferred a booth she rolled her eyes and made a irritated face towards the other young woman that was standing next to her. Our waitress was nice but not very attentive, we had our empty drinks on the edge of the table waiting on a refill and the hostess asked if she could take them (we thought too refill them) but evidently she just took them off the table. My wife ordered the sausage and peppers, the sauce tasted bland and the grease was pooling in the top which didn’t look very good and she didn’t eat very much. The crab dip was good but for almost $14 there wasn’t very much of it. The rolls were the best part of the whole experience. It was our first visit and Unfortunately we won’t be returning for quite some time.

We ordered 2 appetizers…the crab dip and the meatball/roll combo dish. I enjoyed both. The meatball dish was very good. My pasta dish was…ok. Not the best, but good.
