this place is fantastic if you’re from around here (middletown area) and haven’t stopped in you’re crazy. personally i really like the spicy chicken items, they have 10/10 wings and great buffalo chicken wrap, as well as buffalo chicken pizza, but people love the italian food here. i’m not into that, so can’t say, but everything I’ve ever gotten here I’ve eaten. never been disappointed and they made a lot of improvements recently (specifically to packaging, stays fresh a lot longer). prices reasonable too, probably lowest price food in the junction

Ordered two plain pizzas and whole sub ham salami and provolone lettuce and tomatoes. Never had a problem before ordering from them for years! Last night they sent me two medium pies instead of large. On the sub the bread was stale falling apart instead of putting sliced provolone on the sub the out shredded mozzarella awful is all I can say and will never order from there again.

Placed an order – wrong pizza arrived. Now this is 2 hours after ordering. Called them and a replacement was on the way. 30 minutes later I received my pizza. Open the box and half of pie is on the box. I didn’t want to call and bother again so I reached out to Slice. They informed them it was my problem and no replacement or discount would be applied. Last time I order from Valentinos. I’ve had issues in the past and I’ve been meant with you should of called last night. I would have but my pizza came after they closed. Also consistently varies wildly. Almost like 2 different people are making the pizza.

I have to say everything was amazing! I have grown up here I played soccer many years and win or lose our coach always brought us to Valentinos and dairy barn. This pizza is still the best around! My go to place through Slice App, more for convenience than brand loyalty. Above avg wings, good meatball hero and avg pizza (slightly above avg if u get it well done.). Today may be my last day ordering from there. I used Slice app and asked for side of crushed red pepper. I was advise. .d of an upcharge of $1. The pettiness of this is astonishing. This isn’t about the $. It’s the principle. Not aware of other restaurants that would dare upcharge for that. I wonder if they charge for an additional ketchup packet request

I walked in to order a eggplant Parmigiano hero… It cost $18 and change…. I don’t mind if it’s a little expensive, if it’s worth it… It took them 15 minutes to get my order together, which is fine. I was very disappointed because, the eggplant was undercooked. There was hardly and cheese or sauce. And the bread crumbs didn’t taste right. I don’t want to sound disrespectful… This was just my experience.
