This is my first time ordering from here, and I have to say I loved it! I wish I had taken a better picture, but guess what? I was so excited by the smell, and once I tasted it, I couldn’t stop! Their customer service is also excellent. Congratulations, you’re doing a great job!

When I saw some influencer rave about this place for being so good and true NY pizza I thought that maybe I finally found my new place, unfortunately it is not. The display of slices is spot on and reminded me of home with many specialties to choose from. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and a buffalo slice. I dont know where they got or who made the ranch but it was disgusting and sweet with a taste nothing like ranch, the rest of the slice was entirely too greasy. The buffalo slice had little flavor and also too greasy. The crust was more of a bread crust and not a true NY pizza crust. The store was clean and employees were pleasant.

Amazing service and food! Large selection of fully loaded, unique pizzas. I had the veggie slice, buffalo chick slice, garden salad, and two cannolis. The man helping us with our order was the best! He dealt with all my question (haha) and even gave us extra salad dressing and an extra cannoli when we couldn’t decide. The atmosphere is also a vibe like an old pizza shop. Highly recommend and will come back!

Very good, New York style pizza, family owned pizza by the slice in a storefront that has such a great pizza feel in the heart of Alexandria.
You walk into this place and it feels like history. This place has been here for a few decades and is still going strong. #throughthepandemic That should speak for itself.
The pizza is very good! The dough is not quite NY but close enough for VA and if you like a softer airy crust this may not be your place.
This pizza has everything , the crispy crackery backside, OMG the sauce and good cheese. I’m getting a plain and a corner square just about every time. Garlic knots are definitely worth the swipe with extra sauce .
I just love getting a good bang for my buck and with Pizza being like $5 a slice it better be worth it. Here I believe it is.
Best in the area, with plenty of seating and good wholesome tunes (Frank Sinatra) playing softly in the background. The only near peer competition is Johnny’s 20mins away.

So I’ve ordered from Valentino’s four times now the first time I was very impressed with their pizza. Second time I ordered from them I got their meaty Pizza way too much meat had to scrape half of it off. It’s all about balance. Third time things went well got what I ordered timely delivery was at a social event. Unfortunately I never got a piece. fourth time picture attached ordered sausage mushroom pepperoni and bacon again overloaded with toppings and where’s the cheese delivery was almost an hour late so I called to mention and they hung up on me. I’m assuming they were probably busy but you know what I ordered my pizza at 6:52 I got it delivered at 8:25 they told me 45 minutes. I’m from Chicago you pay over $50 for pizza you expect a good quality Pizza

This place is legit NY style. My counter slices were both pretty disappointing though. They had definitely been sitting out for awhile. Proportions on the cheese slice were a little off. But looking at other reviewer’s pictures, they can obviously make great pies when they’re on.
