I come to Valentino’s each time that I visit Nebraska, especially for the buffet. The pizza was as good as ever, and when one disappeared from the buffet it was quickly replaced with another. The same goes for the pasta. I did notice that the salad bar selection seemed limited, however. A lot of slots on the salad bar were empty. The food selection also felt a bit more limited generally compared to in the past. However I did have a ton of great pizza! Something about that sauce and crust; they go together so well. The service was also efficient; our empty plates were rapidly cleared. On the whole the restaurant was also quite clean, but I noticed soap missing from the dispenser in the men’s bathroom. In any case I will definitely be back when visiting the area. To see such consistency through the decades is truly impressive.

Since reopening, I’ve had a couple of pizzas and can confidently say Valentino’s is as outstanding as ever. The restaurant looks fantastic, the food is consistently excellent, and whether dining in or taking it to go, it’s always a great experience. Valentino’s remains a top-tier pizza destination!

Valentino’s is a pretty nice place to go have lunch. If you don’t want to spend a lot of money and have decent food it’s not a bad place to visit 1 to 5 stars I would give it a four. That’s because for the food it was a good price the service was great. The servers were even more polite and respectful. He was clean. I’m kind of enjoyable. Give me no place that is perfect Valentine’s would be recommended in my books.

I love Valentino’s we love but buffet and we also love the pizza so we order delivery on pizza on nights that we just all kind of just want to stay in this last time the delivery person didn’t shut our gate and I can’t find my $400 puppy it was only 4 months old with it being only 20° outside I’m angry and I won’t order food from this establishment again because if they can’t have the common decency to shut a gate I won’t order from them that’s one simple thing that they should know you open a gate you shut it not just leave it open

I tried this place for my first and last time today. What an extremely disappointing experience. To start with, a little background about me. I’m a 6’1″ 320 lbs trucker and my favorite food is spaghetti. Any spaghetti will do, usually, in fact I often eat Walmart brand noodles with hunts spaghetti sauce and nothing else. That’s the cheapest you get.
Enough about me, this place was really bad. The radio playing overhead would fade in and out every few seconds driving you insane. The meat sauce they had tasted off somehow. The Alfredo sauce and the white gravy both tasted like paste, that part was a real disappointment because the texture was perfect for an Alfredo sauce. The ribs were bland, but they were cooked right. The fried shrimp was the only thing that actually tasted good. Even the mashed potatoes had that weird watery flavor where you could tell they were instant. The brownie was bone dry. The ice cream was as expected. The service was quick to keep my table cleaned of dirty dishes but that’s all they do. Finally it was really warm inside, to the point that was sweating quite a bit.

DO NOT STOP HERE! We made the mistake on the way home from Wyoming and it was absolutely horrible. Food was dry and old.. pizza and breadsticks were hard and old. The only good thing was the little salad bar they had. Not worth the money at all!

Please do not fall into this trap! Absolutely embarrassing. When I was growing up we had a Valentino’s behind the mall in Ames, it was glorious. This might be the most detrimental place to the Valentino name. Save yourself! Look at what you’re getting before you pay!!! Wildly not good.

Got there at 7. Hardly any pizza (their specialty) on the buffet. Pretty pricey for what we got. Very disappointing. Has gone downhill since the last time I was here.

The pizzas and chicken were just ok. The Breadsticks are WAY OVERDONE! They used to be nice and soft. Now, burnt and crispy.
