The General Manager is very unprofessional. She yells at her employees in front of customers and also talks back to her customers. She has no type of customer service. If the “customer is always right,” then they are, it shouldn’t be an argument or a problem. I will not be coming back to this Valentino’s.

Valentinos pizza delivery never disappoints, pizzas are on the expensive side but if they were not so dammed good we wouldn’t order them. Lol. Cheeseburger pizza with pickles and bacon is killer.

We ordered our food at 9:25 PM. Within 2 to 3 minutes after getting our food, they came out and said we close in 10 minutes, there’s the boxes if you need them. My food was really hot, which is great, but I couldn’t eat it yet. While the food was good, they probably should’ve told us before we ordered.

So I entered the store at 5:30 I asked how long would the wait be for a pizza. Was told they would do their best to aim for 6 pm.
I agreed to wait with my small children and wife. 6:15 rolls by and they tell me they don’t even have the pizza when I clearly saw them take it out a few minutes prior. Was even told the pizza is done just waiting on the bread sticks.
They bread sticks came out half the size they should be. Buyer beware. When they finally handed me the pizza I could tell something was off. I checked the pizza to find it was not even the one I ordered. Lady covered in tattoos wanted to be very rude and argue it that that is the pizza for me. ……
. They said they could fast tracking out in 6 min……again at this time the pizza was not even in the oven…… I asked for a full refund. Left unhappy.

Had the worst experience at the Valentinos in Bennington. My brother always rants and raves about the Bennington Valentino. To be honest they need some direction. Ordered $80 in food was told it would be 45 min for delivery. Almost 90 min later still no food. We called and asked where the order was they said it was still there. They said they would be on the way, we asked if we could get any money back or a discount for a future order. They said they would send a dessert. This what came… like so gross. I looked like it had been sitting for a week. Very disappointed.

We showed up, with an entire soccer team on Saturday night at 7pm, not ideal, but they welcomed us with open arms! And knocked it out of the park! Staff was absolutely amazing, food was great too! Couldn’t have made a group of 9 year old girls happier, offering them a speaker and the parking lot to dance and eat in! Thank you all!!

The staff was very kind and friendly. He has a great attitude and went out of his way to be kind and provide great service. He even offered to bring our pizza out to us on the lawn where we were sitting. It made our night just perfect!
