Called and ordered a battle pizza. Showed up 30 mins later, still not ready. About 8 mins later, go back in and they say oh it’s coming out of the oven.. another 8 mins later they say “oh it will be another 7 mins”
It’s one thing to be slower than molasses is sub freezing. But to not be up front and lie. What a disgrace. We love pizza. Will never come back. I’d recommend many others in town unless you want your time carelessly wasted

Best lasagna and breadsticks in town. Besides fresh food to go, they also have frozen lasagna and pizzas in a freezer available to purchase.
Update: We continue to get food here on a regular basis. The service from the staff is great. They are very friendly and helpful. Also, we just realized recently that they have a drive up windows that you can use.

Being an Omaha native, I LOVE Valentino’s! I was so excited to see this business opening up in our neighborhood. I do miss the buffet aspect, but grabbing that familiar pizza to bring home makes me happy as well. We did an online order and had about a 10min wait from pickup time, which wasn’t bad in my opinion for a Friday night. The storefront was clean and the team was all welcoming. We tried a pizza and the breadstick mixture. We will definitely be back!

The evening manager doesn’t listen to the order and makes the food how he wants. I asked for extra cinnamon sauce on my bread twists just like I always have before and would get it unless he was making them for me. I got a little upset with him the last time he made them and we exchanged a few words with his worse than mine and now he won’t even take my order. He does not belong in the food service industry. I’ve tried contacting upper management but get no response in return

They are back! Just opened and still working thru the start up. We tried to call in order on Saturday at 4pm with no answer. Then went into the store on Sunday about 11:30. Placed order and quoted 20 minutes which was spot on. There is not really dining in. They had about 10 seats which would be bar seating, but mostly full of people waiting. The food was hot and tasted just like the original flavor we have enjoyed. Pricing seems a little high. We had lasagna, bread sticks, and ordered some macaroni salad. They do have a cooler with pizza ready to take home and bake. We will be back.

Never had lasagna without ground beef and ricotta cheese in it. They don’t have that option. It’s either marinara sauce or meat sauce. It’s literally just the noodles with too much sauce and cheese on top. I don’t like their meat sauce. Just ordered a delivery for manicotti and like my lasagna, I like having ground beef and ricotta cheese in it, but they don’t have ricotta cheese. So I tried ordering it with cottage cheese instead, because I was told they have that. They canceled my order without giving me an actual explanation for why they couldn’t make it. Worst service ever.

Absolute rip off! $70 for 2 pizza’s and Val’s garlic rolls. The Val’s garlic rolls is 2 hamburger buns with cheese. Definitely not the old Valentino’s I knew…. Would not recommend to my worst enemy!

Walked in & ordered to go, had a wait but was to be expected and well worth it for hot, fresh, delicious food. The Baked Lasagna with heavy meat sauce, Baked Manicotti with marinara sauce and Hamburger Pizza all have the same great taste I remember, as well as the Garlic Spirazzi Breadtwists and Cinnamon Spirazzi Breadtwists!! I didn’t get their famous macaroni salad this first visit but it’s a definite must try next time. There are other salad options including a house salad also.
Pleasant atmosphere with some counter seating, though this new location is mainly set up for delivery and to go orders.
I love that they have individual as well as the family size pastas and the option to buy just one of their breadtwists or cinnamon breadtwists in addition to the six.
Although I will always miss their buffet, having their great tasting food available again is great!
