The server was friendly and the food was good. What killed it for me was what I witnessed the kitchen staff doing. I just happened to look over to notice a member of the kitchen (tattoos on his neck) digging in his nose with a white napkin. We all have sinus issues so it was cool until he proceeded to walk to the pizza oven and then to the pizza line to make food without washing his hands. This is the type of situation that makes people scared of restaurants. He was so casual about digging in his nose and not washing his hands that hand washing must not be a thing here. Could the good food have been a result of unwashed sinus and bathroom hands? Perhaps a little nicotine mixed in with unwashedness?

Pizza here is great. But if you want a pasta dish, you’re better of going to Valentino at UTC. For the high pricing I expected the same delicious quality as Valentino but the Bambino pasta came bland with maybe 8 pieces of chicken (that wasn’t even grilled to perfection like it should if you’re familiar with this dish). Unfortunately this isn’t the first time this has happened .

Yes real NJ thin crust, a good trip back home. Chicken marsala not so much. The homeless man sleeping on the bench when we arrived made it a bit unsettling. Someone fed him but he was there shirtless and shoeless when we left.

So good!! My husband had the pizza and I got the chicken parmesan and both were amazing! I ate so much and still brought home a ton of leftovers. Highly HIGHLY recommend!
