Not returning there.
Ordering: You can’t order directly, you have to use kiosk. One out of three was broken. Doesn’t support bar codes and you have to find the articles yourself by (inaccurate) pictures.
Service: Shouting your name from vicinity of the kitchen window and handing over ketchup and wooden “cutlery”.
Food: Sub-par
Prices: International terminal high
Value for money: Avoid

My grilled cheese sandwich was burnt and lacking significantly in the cheese department (two slices or something grilled into the hardened bread).

I had the Bacon Cheeseburger with the Parmesan Fries and it was FANTASTIC. I am picky about beef, and seriously this was one of the best burgers of my life. Juicy meat, incredible in-house made sauce, thick cut bacon, perfect bun. Super flavorful fries, perfect texture and above all the portion was big. Chased it with a Dr. Pepper
Definitely didn’t expect this at the airport cafe of all places, I went back to the cashier to express my thanks to the chef.

I don’t know about these mixed reviews. I had the best burrito, it was huge and fully stuffed with fresh ingredients and juicy beef. The salsa tastes homemade and is smoky and delicious. And the smokey margarita was tasty as well. Yes it’s pricey but so is every restaurant in the airport, at least you get a good portion.
They were also playing some good music, I would definitely come here again.

Grilled cheese is super bland. Bread is kinda hard. There’s really no flavor to this, whatsoever. The fries are really good, though, and they don’t skimp on the portion. Had a glass of white wine that’s actually pretty decent. The service was definitely the highlight of my experience. The bartender and server are really friendly and helpful. I’m gonna eat this bc even though it was only $13-$14, I have a really long flight ahead. Otherwise, I’d throw the sandwich away & keep the fries. *FYI- They DO have an option to put bacon on your sandwich, but I don’t dig on swine. If you do, maybe it’ll taste better…

Burned tiny fries and hard to chew sandwich with no Courtesy from the staff when I showed her the burned fries and sandwich. A waste of time.

Well, it was pretty expensive to dine here. I ordered basil pesto pasta with chicken breast added, and the pasta wasn’t bad. But I couldn’t help but keep reminding myself of the price.

I was here for a morning flight and the place was quite very different to in the afternoons when it is very busy.

This is a typical airport restaurant. I had a pastrami sandwich with a Kambucha. The sandwich was fine. It was toasted fresh with quality ingredients.

The only good thing about this place is that it’s never crowded, so you can always get a seat. But even though it’s in the airport and half the tables are empty, you still end up waiting almost 30 minutes for just a burger and a pizza. The prices are way too high even for an airport, and the service is terrible.

Disappointed…maybe it was because we ordered just before they started closing down for the night…but the owner or manager seemed happy enough with the customer in front of me…but no patience for an incorrect order (asking for breakfast burrito) from someone who has never been to the San Francisco airport and therefore clearly this restaurant. Then comes the oily fries and an over sauced well done burger…and eating at a dirty available table with leftover drinks on it…and then there is the price…to give credit where credit is due…the portions were large enough that my wife and I shared.

No prices displayed. Not for drinks, pastries nor baked goods. This is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency, not hidden costs or surprises at the counter. It feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of people. I won’t be coming back, and I suggest others think twice before ordering anything here without asking for the price first.
