The menu has a lot of options, so I wasn’t completely sure what to order at first. I ended up going with the steak and egg wrap. When it came out, the flavors were good, but the steak itself wasn’t really to my liking it felt a bit cold, which took away from the overall burrito.
That said, everyone was super friendly and welcoming, which definitely made the experience better. Because of that, I’m giving this place a 3 out of 5. I’ll be coming back to try it again to see if maybe this was just an off day or if the steak is usually prepared differently.
Overall, it was a good experience, and I’m pleased with this location. I just wish the steak had been a little warmer. I’m more than happy to give it another try.
The food was delicious—fresh ingredients, amazing flavors, and beautifully presented. Each dish felt thoughtfully prepared with great attention to detail. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, making it the perfect place to enjoy a great meal.

Vale Healthy Kitchen (also known as Vale Food Co) in Miami, offers a refreshing take on fast‑casual dining. The ambiance is clean, modern, and eco‑chic, with staff who are welcoming and well informed . The build‑your‑own bowls let you customize from bases like quinoa or brown rice, proteins such as grilled chicken or glazed salmon, plus grilled veggies, sweet potato noodles, and vibrant sauces . Reviewers consistently praise the freshness and flavor of ingredients, especially the açaí bowls and gluten‑free granola . While portion size can feel slightly modest for the price, the overall value, speedy service, and healthy variety make it ideal for lunch or dinner in Miami’s Brickell area .
For the price, I expected a fresh, well-balanced, nourishing meal, but I left still hungry and feeling like I didn’t get what I paid for. Definitely not worth it — I’d rather take my money elsewhere next time.
They also seemed to be out of almost everything at 12 pm on a Tuesday. From chicken to sweet potato noodles and dressings. Quite disappointing for the lunch rush.
