I came to Valley Healthy Kitchen right when they opened on a Sunday, and overall it was a solid experience. The staff was very kind and quick to greet me as soon as I walked in, which I really appreciated.

The menu has a lot of options, so I wasn’t completely sure what to order at first. I ended up going with the steak and egg wrap. When it came out, the flavors were good, but the steak itself wasn’t really to my liking it felt a bit cold, which took away from the overall burrito.

That said, everyone was super friendly and welcoming, which definitely made the experience better. Because of that, I’m giving this place a 3 out of 5. I’ll be coming back to try it again to see if maybe this was just an off day or if the steak is usually prepared differently.

Overall, it was a good experience, and I’m pleased with this location. I just wish the steak had been a little warmer. I’m more than happy to give it another try.

The food here is delicious, I order from here often, but the reason for my 3 star review is that it has been twice now that I order multiple items via delivery on Uber Eats and they forget to pack one. In this instance I ordered a regular bowl and a breakfast burrito and they didn’t pack the burrito. It’s fine that I can request a refund on Uber Eats, but wanting an item very badly and then finding that it is not there is extremely frustrating.

My visit to Vale Food was incredible. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The team was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I especially want to highlight Camila, who took care of us in an outstanding way. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication made our experience even better. You can truly tell she loves what she does!

The food was delicious—fresh ingredients, amazing flavors, and beautifully presented. Each dish felt thoughtfully prepared with great attention to detail. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, making it the perfect place to enjoy a great meal.

Annoyed because my daughter wanted one of their bowls. They were out of both strawberries and bananas. I had to throw it out because it was dying her teeth bright blue and we have to go to a wedding. $17 bucks down the trash.

Here’s an English review of Vale Healthy Kitchen (Vale Food Co) in Miami, FL—about 100 words:

Vale Healthy Kitchen (also known as Vale Food Co) in Miami, offers a refreshing take on fast‑casual dining. The ambiance is clean, modern, and eco‑chic, with staff who are welcoming and well informed . The build‑your‑own bowls let you customize from bases like quinoa or brown rice, proteins such as grilled chicken or glazed salmon, plus grilled veggies, sweet potato noodles, and vibrant sauces . Reviewers consistently praise the freshness and flavor of ingredients, especially the açaí bowls and gluten‑free granola . While portion size can feel slightly modest for the price, the overall value, speedy service, and healthy variety make it ideal for lunch or dinner in Miami’s Brickell area .

I ordered a Cobb salad on Sunday. There was no line, the place was empty, and it still took over 15 minutes to make. I’ll let the photo speak for itself. Massive training is needed here. Overpriced and underportioned. Will not return. Do not recommend.

I had a really disappointing experience at Vale Food Co. I ordered the Avocado Greens Salad, which was advertised to come with chicken, avocado or guac, and dressing. What I received was a bowl of dry chicken, kale, and a pile of croutons — no avocado, no guac, and no dressing. I had to ask for dressing separately, which really shouldn’t be the case for the price of these bowls/salads.

For the price, I expected a fresh, well-balanced, nourishing meal, but I left still hungry and feeling like I didn’t get what I paid for. Definitely not worth it — I’d rather take my money elsewhere next time.

They also seemed to be out of almost everything at 12 pm on a Tuesday. From chicken to sweet potato noodles and dressings. Quite disappointing for the lunch rush.
