Genuinely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. The food tasted amazing, I absolutely recommend the Acai Banana Split if you’re looking for something sweet but healthy. Their limited time brookie is also SO good.
Everything about the place was great, the seating was nice, and the staff were very friendly too. The young man who helped me out was super nice and we even had a lovely conversation about our favorite artists. Shout out Kaden!
It was a very pleasant experience with great food EVERYONE should stop by, you’re really missing out if you haven’t tried Vale yet. It’s also very affordable, you can easily stop by without breaking the bank unlike some other places in the area. Overall such a wonderful time, I will for sure be coming back and you should too!

First time trying Vale and I was quite satisfied. The staff member who helped me was friendly and patient. I got a regular bowl and loved the spicy garlic sweet potato noodles as well as the bowl coming together so nicely overall. Fresh, healthy, and flavorful. The Brookie was a tasty dessert too. I have enough food for another meal after this. Well worth the stop.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and NASTIEST, SLOPPIEST “HEALTHY” food in south florida. Ordered a buffalo chicken tender wrap for pick-up, took home what I thought was exactly that and instead bit into some kind of sloppily made wrap with hard rubbery chicken thigh chopped meat. I called the store to explain that the order was incorrect and not only was the staff they outright rude and disrespectful, the girl who answered the phone (Viviana or something to that effect) refused to do anything to fix the situation or speak to a manager, stating they didn’t have one. She then passed the phone to some guy who wouldn’t identify himself, who made matters worst by being even more disrespectful. Go to Bolay or Fresh Kitchen and avoid this place like your life depended on it. To Vale Healthy Kitchen: I suggest you fire these individuals.. you’re going to lose a lot of business because of them.

This was our first time going and we liked it a lot! We went after the gym to have lunch, so we wanted a high protein meal with greens and chicken, so a healthy bowl from Vale was the best option to go with. The food is fresh and the portion (regular) is pretty big. Overall staff is really nice and meals are done super quickly. Recommend going and definitely going back myself!!

This review is long overdue because I’ve been coming to Vale since they opened in Delray and am obsessed. I’m probably there too much but would be there even more if I could. The food is always INCREDIBLE I want it all the time. And the people are so genuine, friendly, professional and really care about their customers. The restaurant is beautiful, super clean and welcoming. And they’ve got something for everyone on their menu. A must visit if you haven’t yet. Just be careful cause you’ll never want to leave. Love this place!

Vale is my go-to for healthy delicious food. I’ve pretty much have had everything on the menu. Favs are the green smoothies (all of them), chicken caesar wrap, steak burrito, any of the acai bowls, malibu bowl. Customer service is amazing and they keep the cold items in the fridge when you order ahead. One time I was almost an hour late and my acai bowl was kept cool in the freezer.. no questions asked. I really love this place and they have good bogo deals on uber eats!
