I ordered shrimp and octopus — the shrimp was very good, but the octopus was just okay. Unfortunately, I was charged a coperto fee that was not mentioned anywhere on the menu. This feels dishonest, and I left feeling scammed. I do not recommend this restaurant and will be reporting the issue to the authorities.

Well worth the detour! Interesting atmosphere in the shop with all the T-shirt’s. But most of all excellent food and personnel! New flavors with the pasta and the best tiramisu in a long time.

A stunning restaurant- food was really good and so was the desert. The wine I had was fantastic. If I’m in Florence again I will be coming here. Glad I stayed in this lovely area

By far, our best meal in Florence. Vaia Concept Store is slightly off the beaten track and well worth the walk. You will not find it in a touristy area at all, the service is exceptional with personal attention, fabulous food and a casual atmosphere. You will receive a true taste of Italy, as all of the local crowd comes in for dinner.
