Pakora was dripping in oil.
Took chicken madras and chicken tikka masala – the chicken was very dry! Naan felt undercooked.
Atmosphere and service was good- they refilled the water everytime.

Lovely decor and delicious food. Was delighted to see they had a nice selection of vegan and vegetarian options. Will definitely be returning soon and it would be a great place for a celebration as it’s a good size. The staff were very friendly and helpful with choosing options from the menu.

The restaurant is on the 1 st floor of the shopping complex above O’Reillys. The food was freshly cooked and delicious.

The naan was stuffed with onions potatoes and some special spices which made it very tasty.great place for a relaxing hot fresh delicious Nepalese and Indian meal.

Takeaway. Food was fine. However waited over 50 minutes for the food. No apologies, not even an acknowledgement of the delay.

Price was slightly higher than the online menu. Was informed there was a new menu, but was not updated.

The delivery guy showed up 2 hours later. We tried to call the restaurant but they never picked up the phone or called us back. Absolutely disgraceful. Worst service ever

Lovely restaurant located over the Roselawn Inn, lovely welcome, staff were so accommodating and friendly. We ordered from the early bird menu, food was very well presented we accompanied our meal with some wine and beer, we both thought they were very tasty. Apart from my husbands Korma being very bland I would say the chicken I had was very dry with little flavour I obviously wasn’t the only one to think this because I heard the main behind me make the same comment. The reason I think that its not cooked in the sauce rather separately is because you can choose the meat when you order (lamb, prawns or chicken). I would much rather they offered one choice and cooked the meat with the sauce so its full of the moisture and flavour of the dish. That said I would like to try this restaurant again hoping this experience was a one off. The restaurant was busy for a Friday evening with their takeaway service busy from what I saw.

I love Vagya. There is an extremely polite waitress, goes by the name Caitlin. She was very helpful and delivered me a delicious gorkhali curry to my table. Will definately be back

Delicious meal was had & agreed by the four of us there. It’s a refreshing change to have a food outlet in the midst of residential estates that isn’t a Chinese take-away, chipper or pizza joint. The early bird menu was value, portions were generous, food quality was on par, they stocked Dingle Gin and their jacks were clean. I will hopefully visit again.

Great place for Indian food. We absolutely loved the food, lovely well lit ambience and the service is fast. The Indian curries were quite authentic and the meat was tender. We were even offered customisation options on the Vegetarian menu. We ordered the butter chicken, chicken guali, saag, vegetarian dishes and Mango lassi all of which delicious. Lots of options for curries, starters and Indian breads. Parking is free. One feedback is that there is a service charge of 10% on groups of 4 (we were 4 adults and 2 kids) which otherwise is on groups of over 8 in most of the restaurant. The service and food is good & we would have anyway left around 10% hence we did not discuss it. Overall we enjoyed our evening and recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for Indian food.
