Had an absolutely fabulous meal here with the family. It was a double-celebration and there were 8 of us in total. Service was attentive and efficient, food was fabulous. We all agreed that it was up there with the best Indian food we’ve had. We two as vegetarians were particularly impressed, there being lots of actual vegetables, where some places there is just too much onion. Nice touch at the end with the celebration desserts. Thanks guys.

Wow, visited here for my birthday. An amazing experience from start to finish. The food was top notch, and the service was second to none. Music is at a perfect level, loud enough to hear but not too loud so you can’t hear conversations. A free birthday cake was a surprise treat.
Absolute A* restaurant, very attentive staff, amazing food and doesn’t break the bank.
Will definitely visit again soon.

Vadha in Stockton-on-Tees delivers a great dining experience with flavours that stay true to tradition. The food is packed with rich, authentic taste, clearly prepared with care and respect for classic recipes. Every dish is full of depth and warmth, exactly what you want from traditional cooking.
The service is equally impressive — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The team take pride in looking after their guests and it really shows, making the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.
A fantastic spot if you’re looking for quality food, traditional flavours, and great service. Highly recommended.

Good welcoming and pleasant environment with nice decor and a cosy feel. Not too loud or quiet but a nice environment to converse with your group.
We had a range of starters which were very nice and the choice is good too and found something for everyone so that’s a good plus point.
The mains, ordered a range but honestly felt as it was quite bland, I wasn’t too impressed and with the meat dishes were a big piece of meat rather than smaller chunks as you would expect to find in a curry. I suppose this is their method but I don’t think it works as a curry.
Dessert choices were poor, hardly anything so for a restaurant wanting to be class, this is something that should be offered.
The service I thought was a little hit n miss. At times the service was good and quick, other times hard to find a member of staff.
I think it was on the higher priced side but not the worst I’ve come across.
I think the experience was good and I think the positives outweigh the negatives but I don’t think a 5 star review is warranted but nor is a 3 star.

(BEST INDIAN RESTAURANT IN THE NORTH EAST) The wife and I had a rare child free night so we decided to visit vadah…. We’ll definitely be back, the food.. staff.. and atmosphere was brilliant. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive the food is to die for.. supreme quality and presentation that’s award worthy. The venue itself is rather beautiful with blossom trees that spring up the walls and spread across the ceilings, flowers and colour is everywhere in the best of ways…. Me and the wife can’t wait to go back. I think we have found our new spot!

Visited here recently with family whilst in the UK as we were missing a proper English curry. We were not disappointed. The garlic chilli chicken and chicken tikka was packed with so much flavour. Delicious.

To start with the positives the service was absolutely amazing the staff were so attentive and friendly. Service was great but the food was a huge let down to be honest. The food didn’t taste that fresh and also some didn’t taste nice at all like the fish starter highly would not recommend. The naans were absolutely lovely but the starters were a big let down. The curries we got were okay I wouldn’t say anything special but for what you pay for it all I’d say on the whole it’s not worth it.

It’s definitely the best Indian takeaway in the Stockton area. It’s a touch pricey but with that comes certainty that you’re going to enjoy your meal. The staff are all incredibly friendly and professional.

I’ve been thinking of coming here for a while and finally got round to trying it today and was not disappointed.
The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to us.
The resteraunt was very clean and it had a nice relaxing atmosphere.
I ordered a chicken dupiaza with egg fried rice and garlic naan, and it was delicious. The food had a great presentation. The naan was cooked perfect, and the chicken was beautiful, soft, and tender.
My partner got the lamb massala and was equally as impressed, especially with the lamb, which she said was cooked to perfection
Will definitely be returning in future!
