Bad business. We have eaten at this restaurant a number of times and the food has always been ok. Not outstanding, but certainly adequate. There is NEVER anyone in the dining room. It’s mostly takeout. This time, I ordered Pho and my husband ordered a noodle tofu dish. His food came out in an unappetizing brown pile and one taste indicated that it had been fried in old oil. He sent this dish back and ordered a curry instead. The curry dish was not terrific, but it was edible. When we got the bill, we had been charged 50% of the cost of the meal that had been sent back.We protested that this was unfair, we had not eaten 50% of the dish, because it was terrible. The waiter explained that he had tried to take if off the bill, but the owner insisted that we pay 50% for the bad food. When the owner came out, we told him that if he insisted on that, we would never come back. For $9.00 he lost customers forever. I have never , ever had to pay for a dish sent back in a restaurant. Bad food, bad business model.

The food favor and quality was good but a very small amout of chicken for both dishes that cost $20 each. Will not being going back. This is the second time we were disappointed in the amount of food for the price.

Friendly staff, amazing food selection, not enough beer choices though. Thom-kha gai spup, Stir Fry duck. Spicy levels 1-5. I got 2 and was perfect. 3-5 are gomna make you cry. #5 dish is free if you finish. Nope! I’ll pay. Highly recommended

Delicious food every time. Good God spice level 3 was hot. What does level 5 feel like? You can skip the spice and just enjoy the amazing dishes.

Not our first time having V thai. Family of 6 all ordered something different. Having had their food before the several of us opted for level 2 for heat. This is a warning for all. The level 2 was nearly impossible to eat. I do like spicy food. This was above and beyond for a level 2, especially when I have had their level 2 previously. Be very cautious when ordering.

Very good flavor but it took an hour and 30 minutes on a weeknight to receive two entrees delivered when we live 5 mins down the road! They had said max 45 mins and when I called to check on the order, they said the driver had already left. 30 mins later I called back and they said “idk maybe he got lost”. While the food is good, we paid $22 for a beef entree which was 95% veggies with 3 pieces of thin shaved beef. I’m not sure if it was an odd night, but overall disappointed with the experience and probably won’t order again.
