Pho-nominal! I vote for #1 pho in the area after years of eating pho in other states and countries. Stop reading. Eat here.

Giant bowls. Everything fresh. Friendly, happy restaurateurs. Beautiful, clean booths.

Stopped by Christmas Eve as we were just passing by and man am I glad we did. The food was amazing! It was a party in my mouth for every bite and my bowl emptied way too quickly. Yes, I was tempted to lick my bowl. It was that good. What a gem! Definitely will come back if ever driving down the I-10.

V Pho, a Vietnamese culinary gem, offers an extraordinary dining experience. Its rich, aromatic broth, infused with star anise, cinnamon, and slow-cooked bones, harmonizes perfectly with tender beef, Thai basil, bean sprouts, and lime. The spring rolls are a textbook example of perfection, with whisper-thin rice paper wrapping fresh herbs, vermicelli, and succulent shrimp. The velvety peanut sauce balances sweetness and nuttiness. Beyond the delectable food, the immaculate clean space and attentive service create a peaceful retreat. V Pho stands as an unparalleled destination for authentic Vietnamese dining, leaving a lasting impression on both seasoned pho connoisseurs and newcomers alike.

V Pho Vietnamese is a hidden gem ! Recently stayed in DeFuniak Springs at an RV campground for a week. Ended up eating at V Pho twice. A very pleasant surprise find for us. The restaurant has only been open a few months according to our server. The interior is bright and clean in appearance. The serving staff was very helpful, courteous, and prompt on both visits. Started with the crispy egg rolls. They appear handmade with a Mixture of savory pork, vegetables, and noodles in the wrapping. Very tasty! Many combinations of Pho are on the menu. On the first visit I asked if the Pho I was interested in (number P7) was similar to a “rare beef” which is my favorite. She assured me it was. Then had the kitchen put the beef on a separate plate so I could actually put it in myself. I thought that was awesome, kudos to the staff! On the second visit, I got the same thing because it was so delicious but requested double meat this time. This request was happily obliged. If you’re traveling through the area on I-10 it is definitely worth a detour if this is your type of cuisine.

I bring my family/friends here all the time.

Always a great meal, the server is so sweet, she always checks on my Grandmother.

The portions are huge, the prices are low – so delicious, our favorite Defuniak restaurant.

Cam on!

V Pho in DeFuniak Springs puts out some very pretty dishes and everything that came to the table looked great. However, the flavors didn’t quite match the presentation. The plates could have used more seasoning and depth to really stand out.

Not a bad meal, but with bolder flavor and a little more punch in the broths and sauces, it could easily move up to a four- or five-star spot.

It finally happened! We have an incredible Asian style restaurant in Defuniak Springs. The food is the best in town compared to other options. They have delicious fried rice and great pho options. I have only been once so I will have to come back to try other options. Everything I have had so far has been incredible!

The egg rolls were delicious and crisp with a perfect crunch. The Thai tea was also so good I had to order another. Staff was friendly and available! The fried rice was well cooked and really tasty!

Edit: Still amazing! The sirloin cubed steak was great with peanut sauce. One of the best restaurants in town!
