Update 2/26/26: I finally got my Yaki Udon. As it was now added to the menu instead of being on a blackboard in the window. Good service, was served by the cashier and there was only one other customer. The dish was… Miserable. Basically a low broth Udon noodle soup on a plate and not a fried noodle entree like it should be. None of the vegetables seemed pickled, so what was that sour off-taste coming from?

Original Review: I tried really hard to like this place. Three times (visits) in fact. Day 1 and 2 i had the same hostess/server. Blonde (platinum?) hair? She was doing her best on the first night which was very busy. Second day was much less so and i got quicker service. She was friendly which in this town seems to be a hit and miss. Third day i was served by a hostess with black hair. Ice cold demeanor. The most thinly veiled “friendliness” switched on only the moment she looks at/addresses you directly. I already knew they were out of some of their dishes (much to my dismay) but to also not know what was on the menu? I mentioned the Yaki Udon on the blackboard titled “New Entrees” and she looked at me with dead eyes and said, “i have no idea what you’re talking about”. At which point i walked out.

Day 1 i had the ramen. Pork belly in place of Chashu is interesting, certainly an easier substitute but i think they would benefit doing Chashu instead. Noodles were a decent texture. I just wish the broth was way hotter temp than it was. Day 2 i had the Crispy Baby Octopus and got to try their fried rice (as a side). Both were really decent for Fallon. But i felt i needed to go one more time before making a final decision/review and well… Day 3 totally bombed. Shockingly bad service and was there even any food left to serve?

Food was exceptional and did not disappoint exceptional always wanting a little more. Audrey was very nice and sweet from taking my order to questions about the local vibe and things to do around the area. Will definitely eat here more before leaving town and upon further visits.

They served me with plastic plates and bowls, and paper cups. I had to assemble my own soup. They didn’t ask me if it was to go and I didn’t give any indication that it was. The family who came on directly after me also chose their own seats but they were brought menus and DISHES. Real ceramic dishes, not the to go boxes I received. I had to sit there at the table and unpack my food from bags and plastic while I watched them get their food on plates. I had to go up to the counter for a cup of water, in a paper cup. The other family received their drinks in actual cups. They received their appetizers before their meal like normal resturant style. I wanted to enjoy my meal and instead im left feeling stupid and insulted, eating my food put of plastic and having to put my food together while I watch another family blatantly treated better. I will not come back. I wish I hadn’t tipped before this inexcusable and disrespectful service.

Came here last night and the food was so good! We ordered the crab rangoons which were great and then I got the Mongolian beef with fried rice and it was amazing! We also ordered a couple of milk teas that were super yummy! The waitress was also really kind and attentive! Will definitely be eating here again!

This place is a hidden gem in Fallon. We are out of towners and everytime we visit Fallon we come here. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended.

Went to lunch with my son and it was very nice. We got seated right away in a comfy booth and had our drink brought to us fairly quickly also. When our food came out the presentation was awesome and food was obviously fresh and tasted great. Nice to see new places opening up in our town. Naratu Ramen and bourbon chicken if you want to know what the dishes are. We also got Japanese nachos not pictured and they were really good.

The food was good the price is a bit high. We will go back to try the noodles. This restaurant is very small with an open floor plan so there is a lot of cross talk. Service was quick but not as friendly as what we hoped. Our waitress delivered apps that didn’t belong to us. She left and brought back a ticket and interrupted our conversation with pretty aggressive questioning on what our order was. We verified it then repeated back what she brought which was not ours. At that point she should have recognized, apologized and left.

Food was way overhyped. Had Ramen and Pot stickers. Potstickers were mediocre and Ramen was room temp. The broth was kind of bland in my opinion. The toppings, including the pork belly, wasn’t that great either. I’ve had AMAZING ramen before, maybe my expectations were just a little too high doe this spot. Would probably make my own ramen at home instead TBH.

For a Japanese restaurant, I was surprised to see that the menu didn’t have any Japanese food besides miso soup and ramen.

The food is, unfortunately, quite terrible. All of the dishes that we tried from the lunch menu were covered in copious amounts of sauce that made it a goopy disaster. We upgraded a couple of our meals to include chow mein, which had no flavor and was rather doughy. The fried rice was stale, greasy, and it was likely made with frozen or canned vegetables. The miso soup was excessively salty and the top of the soup was covered in oil (unusual unless it was sesame oil, but I didn’t taste sesame).

We also tried the mussel appetizer, which was, again, covered in sauce – probably spicy mayo and sriracha.

I spent a month in Japan and I’m Asian myself, so trust me when I say that this place is ripping you off for the quality and price of the food. I would honestly rather eat package ramen noodles than try eating here again. The only saving grace is that our waitress was quite kind and polite.

Went for the first time today, we’ve been wanting to try it for awhile. We were NOT disappointed. The food is amazing and the portions are great! Our waitress was so sweet and attentive and running her butt off making sure everyone got what they need and had a good experience. One of our new favorite spots!
