Had a great experience! Nicole and Gabe were fantastic—super attentive about clearing our table and always making sure we had everything we needed. The decor and overall vibe were really nice and made the experience even better.
The sushi was great quality, and the seared salmon was a standout for us. The tuna and salmon crispy rice was a bit too hard for my taste, but the miso soup was solid. I also really appreciated how fast the service was—the rate at which the rolls I wanted came by was very good, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, great service and a fun place to eat.

Loving the concept here at Uzu. It’s a made to order Ayce conveyor belt restaurant. They have a wide variety of sushi, sashimi and Asian fusion dishes. The table gets their own iPad where you can order. I recommend one person double checking your order queue and times. This way you can track all of your orders as the queue fills up. They have different tiers and I usually opt for the mid tier at $45. This premium tier includes the better cuts like branzino, higher quality ingredients like yuzu, foie gras and truffle.
I have been here twice the last couple of months. The rice has always been inconsistent. Either you’re getting a lot of rice or uncooked. Overall, service here is great. The servers are attentive and I loved the variety of dishes here. The ambience is warm and inviting. Seating is limited to max 6 people and reservations in person are highly recommended.

Warning: this is an expensive restaurant. Positives: quick service (humans and robots), great atmosphere, great location
Negatives: Not a lot of variety on the carousel, didn’t replenish food on the carousel, 90 mins max for AYCE, if you order food it takes awhile to get (10-15mins), you have to wait 5 mins between each order (can order 6 items at a time).
Personal opinion: I wouldn’t come here again for revolving sushi. I’d just go to Kura instead. Granted this visit was 4 adults and 3 kids. I really just poured all my money into the experience.

Phia, Nicole Judy and Jose were our servers and being the first time there explained everything very well. I was a bit confused at first but when they explained it, it made it a lot easier to order. The food was amazing and easy to navigate along with the help of our waiters as they were there on the spot when we needed them! I left completely and utterly full. Great mochi ice cream for desert! Great food, service and price for what we had, i will be back .

This is our first time at this restaurant and it was a wonderful experience! Our server, Melanie, was an absolute delight! She was so helpful and kind! We did have to wait a bit before, but that was expected due to us being a group of 5. Once in, Melanie was able to help us get set! The rest of the staff were also so helpful in explaining things to us if we got confused. Overall, a very wonderful experience with staff and service. The food was delicious, too! It was so fun to see the food roll out on a little train or on the belt. Such a fun experience! Definitely going to come back!

The service was excellent. Phia was very kind and attentive, Judy was efficient and organized, Nicole was friendly and charismatic, and Leo was professional and consistent. You could really see the teamwork and coordination between them.

Staff were both amazing and welcoming. Not too long of a wait, booked and busy is expected when the vibe is right. Uzu Revolving Sushi is the spot for a fun and tasty experience. Special thanks to our hostess Nooni who went above and beyond to give us hands on instructions for how the app and carousel works. Leo who made you feel like old friends and offered speedy service and took a picture for my sister and I to achieve to the perfect angle and shot. Phillip who smiled no matter how often I pressed the call button. Definitely will be back with a bigger party. Can’t keep a treasure like this all to myself. Super fun experience with good service! Great variety and a lot of fun with the conveyor belt. If your hungry it is worth the price. The fish/seafood is cut thinner than the norm but it’s fresh and flavorful. There is a 90 min time limit which makes you eat fast…lol.
