Absolutely simple and delicious. Spices are prominent and well incorporated. I can definately understand why the Plov is the national dish. The flavorful plov lamb shank was tender. The kebabs were fired well and smokey if not a little well done. The complimentary tea was delicious.

We discovered this cafe on Google Maps and decided to give it a try. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm and cheerful hospitality. The food was exceptional – the meat was tender and flavorful, the bread was freshly baked, and the salads were delicious. The flavors were truly fantastic, and it’s clear that the owners, who hail from Afghanistan with Uzbek roots, have a passion for sharing their culture through their cuisine. Keep up the great work, we’re looking forward to coming back!

A true hidden gem. Their Uzbek plov is different than traditional Uzbek plov but it is SO GOOD (and this is coming from picky Uzbek eater). Friendly service, amazing halal food and they give you complimentary tea too! Keep up the good work

I ordered pilaf and shish kebab online. It was very delicious, it felt like I was eating at home. Every time I’m passing through Seattle, I’ll come back again. The pilaf is incredibly tasty, prepared by a true world champion in pilaf making. Thank you so much!!!!!!

This spot is a total hidden gem . From the outside, you’d never guess what’s waiting inside but the moment the food hits the table, everything changes. Every bite is packed with flavor, the kind that makes you pause mid-sentence just to appreciate what you’re eating. The only have 4 items in the menu. We’ve tried the one with the rice and the one with lamb kebab. The portions are huge but me and my husband actually finished everything except for the bread. It’s easily one of the best meals I’ve had in Seattle, and I’d go back in a heartbeat.❤️❤️❤️

We lived in MN for a long time and there was an Uzbek restaurant we went to a lot. Really missed it so we drove 35 min to give this place a shot. Definitely brings back some memories and totally worth the drive!
Emptied our plates before we even realized. Plov is very flavorful and not too oily. The kabobs smells really good fresh off the grill. The only complaint I have is the limited choices from the menu. For example, I would be so happy if they have lamb liver kabob.

Loved the Plov, meat is melt and raisin is sweet. I can eat Plov nonstop.
Kebab can be more seasoned, also be mindful the skewer is very hot when served.

Truck driver here. Stopped once while passing through and tried the plov. Now I stop here every time I’m in town. Very tasty food, huge portions , one portion is enough for two people. Only $25.
